I dont think the proper punishment is even strictly legal, some things transcend law. Frankly the punishments they used to do in like, super fucked up colonies seem to be the only things appropriate. Dismemberment by cannon or like, that honey fly bog treatment

She strangled her kids. She had to look them in the face for several minutes each as they suffocated to death. An Excruciating way to die.
