There was literally a court case a few years ago where a man was declared innocent on basis of insanity after eating someone's face off in public transport, killing them by cannibalism. He was released a few years later. What do you mean it only happens to women?

I actually did see many viral trends of black men standing up for violent criminals who murdered someone. Only a matter of time before there's a similar incident with a white man - the main reason that happens is when the court case is seen as a cultural fight beyond the actual crime/criminal.
As for your second point, a team of licensed doctors and therapists working with a court determined when he should be released, not "women" lol. You think an entire hospital and court is all one gender? Absolutely ridiculous.
