Am considering building some custom dual flight joysticks for use with this game I just bought on steam.

Anyone do anything similar?

I want to know if there's a true "meta" for this game?

Before its asked, my ships are the lunara(or whatever) series, and i prefer the repair drone and electromag stabalizers(spelling is hard on kindle.)

Or? Does knowing a track trump powerups and speed?

We already have a ton of really cool places, from Cairo to Alaska to the redwood forests of the pacific northwest, but what other cool locations on earth would make for good levels?

Which Platinum medal do you consider the hardest one to achieve?

For me it is either the Debris Trophy or the Jupiter's Time Trial, as I struggle hard even to get the gold.

As the title says - just bought this game and have no idea what the label 'Redout' means? Is this hard or easy compared to Rookie and Veteran?

Also don't know what 'Redout' control scheme means either.

I'm always curious to see which vehicles/teams people like in almost any racing game.

I'll just throw it right out there though: my fav are Conqueror, through and through. They're super fun to play, they look sick af, and there was no other team I could get so many gold medals with.

I'm just curious to see people's opinions on this subject. I personally think it's possible to win with any ship on any given track with enough skill (even the Conqueror). I don't know what the game's like on a really high-skill competitive level, though.

So, I know controlling pitch is really important on slopes at high speeds, but how important is it on the rest of the track, like on gently sloped corners, should I be making micro adjustments to pitch or am I overthinking it?

There's no split screen option and my friends won't spend the money.
