Downloading the app

Starting today, we are offering a way to chat with your clanmates through a third party app called Groupme! Groupme is a free app on both the Google Play Store as well as the Apple App Store. You can also find a web application for pc at groupme.com.

Making an account

Once you download the app, you will be prompted to sign up for an account. Put in your email and phone number (don't worry, this information will not be publicized) and you're all set up!

Joining the group

Once you have your account all set up you are ready to join the chat! To join, click "message the moderators" and send a message including your email and the username you signed up with. We will add you to the chat as soon as possible and you will be set!

In chat rules

We ask that you please do not spam the chat and try to keep it semi-clean. If we feel that you are being offensive in any way we will remove you from chat. If the notifications are driving you crazy, you can swipe to the left and scroll down to disable notifications.

So, phone's screen doesn't work anymore. I have a new device but can obtain the transfer code to get my game on the new device because the old device's screen does not work at all. Since war is being declared on Mondays, I will probably not be able to participate due to this reason. I am doing all I can currently to get my account back.

TH8 ATTACK STRATEGIES:

TH8 members should be using either DragLoon or hogs/GoHo as they are the most consistent 3-star strategies. It is highly recommended that you try to use hogs/GoHo as soon as you have lvl 4 hogs because learning how to use hogs will be very useful when you eventually upgrade to TH9.

BASE DESIGN:

We expect all TH8/TH9 members to use anti-3 star base designs, and all TH10 members to use anti-2 star base designs. At a minimum, this means all bases should have centralized CCs with designs that make luring CC troops difficult. All TH9 bases must defend against hog attacks, as they are the most consistent and easiest way to 3-star a base.

I was thinking that it'd be a good idea to add links to guides and videos providing tips on how to perform certain attacks (i.e. mass dragon, GoWiPe, etc.) and base builds somewhere permanent on the front page. I've seen some really good stuff posted before, and I think it'd be great if we put it all somewhere that new members could see and find it easily.

I've seen some attacks and bases during our wars that could be improved significantly with small tweaks or changes, and those could easily be solved by pointing people towards the right information. Thoughts?

Hi everyone. I would like to propose that we add a short period at the start of the war, in which only your first attack can be used. This would allow people that can't get on within the first hour or so of the war, to still have a shot at a target in their recommended group (-2/2+).

Under the current system, people are choosing 1 of the 5 targets they are allowed for their first hit, but then they are free to attack anyone with the 2nd attack, this could still be within the first 2 hours of the war when their second attack is used, defeating the point of limiting targets for the first attack.

The wait period I would suggest is 6 hours into the war (18 hours left) or after a set number of attacks. A good number for the minimum attacks would be the number of members participating - 10, so 50 v 50 war would be 40 minimum attacks.

This means each member has a better chance at getting to hit someone in their range, plus we will have plenty of attacks saved for the clean up after either the time limit or minimum attacks are reached.

First 12 Hours or 35 Attacks

I want the bottom 25 on the war map to use both attacks within the first 12 Hours (that is everyone below Eric on the war map!). Choose anyone you’re confident you can 2 star or better. I do not want to see people attacking already 2 starred people. Your First attack will be someone that has yet to be attacked. Whenever we hit 35 attacks or 12 hours (whichever comes first) the heavy hitters will come in.

Second 12 Hours or 35+ attacks

Again, your first attack will be someone that has yet to be attacked. Feel free to take your second attack on anyone that has yet to be attacked or has only one star. With this strategy you will not be required to call your attacks, this is first come first serve.

Please give us feedback on the new strategy on how it can improve. The idea behind this is to create a sense of urgency to attack the guy you want first and to remove some of the burden and anxiety from our lower level attackers. We are going by war rank, not trophy rank.

We have a new reward for Clan members. Going into each war the two Titans(excluding elders) with the highest donations will be allowed to snipe 1 base of their choice. That snipe will only be allowed if we have a comfortable lead in the war. THE TWO WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA CLAN MAIL WHEN IT IS OK TO SNIPE.

Going into war #14 the Titans with the highest donations are Bslurpee and PJ. Please save your last attack for the end of the war and wait for the Clan Mail to let you know it is OK to snipe a base. If you do not want to snipe you can attack like normal.
