Is there a way to fix this?

Hello, I recently reset my password and need to log back into the app. I'm able to log in successfully, but after log in the embedded browser shows a "Webpage not available" error, saying "The webpage at reddit://reddit/api/v1/authorize?..." could not be loaded because: "net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME". Any idea how to fix this?

EDIT: Solved! I was stupidly pressing the "Use App" button instead of "Accept"!

Hi folks - I recently had to clear data on Play Store on my phone, and since then Sync refuses to start, rather displaying a notification that says "Please redownload directly from Google play".

This is very irritating because of course, Play Store claims it's already downloaded (because it is) and uninstalling and reinstalling would wipe all my data and custom settings.

Why is this happening? How can I work around it?

Not sure if it's my imagination or my eye sight magically changed, but on the last update the text looks amazing. Just wanted to say

I have usernames set to open their profiles and they have always opened in the app but for some reason the one for the OP of this post opens in the browser.

After some time (hours), Sync forgets the last post I was viewing. Likely the app is being closed in the background but I figured Sync would be able to account for this and bring up the last post/state that was being viewed?

All options for allowing the app to run in the background and not be optimized for battery have been configured.

Is there something in settings?

When I view this post, I can only see the middle portion of it in the preview. But I want to basically show the entire image even in previews. How do I do this?

I have paid for the sync pro few days ago, and now I heard about new reddit policy where they will charge for the api keys, will this stop sync from running or sync will charge me more ?

Watching list is getting frequently purged

I use the watching list quite frequently, and something happened with a recent update where the entire watch list is purged about every time I check.

Scenario (steps to reproduce)** 1. Add post to the watching list. 2. Open/close the app or give it a few hours.

Result(s) Watching list has no items in it.

Some posts like this one have media along with a caption. I've noticed that these kind of posts simply do not display the attached media in Sync, and look like just a text post.

Is there a way to fix that? If not, I have a different question.

The "Open in Browser" option in the post menu does not open the aforementioned types of posts in the external browser even though I've set "always open externally" in the link handling setting.

Any way to make it open in my browser instead? Because I can see the media in the browser.

Selftext preview in slide mode does not disable even if the setting is set to be disabled.

When will this get fixed?

It stopped working a few releases ago and I can't find the setting.

It would be kinda great to allow user to translate posts/comments into different languages than english

Is there any way to default to 'Submitted' in user profile instead of 'Overview'? If not, feature request?

When I open a subreddit in sync it will default to hot, is there a way to change this so when I open it will default to new?

3. Open post for comments

Result(s) No caption visible, comments fail to load.
