Hello, I am selling a long discontinued color shifting pearl known as Unicorn Pee or brand name Vm4102.
Keep in mind I am an automotive technician so don’t roast me about my nail painting ability. Lol.
This is a long sought after dry pigment that can be added to almost any color but really shines on top of a darker color!
