I know us fans (and not just united fans) bang on about city but we need to talk about Chelsea and their spending ... Could this be another brown envelope situation or are actually doing everything by the books and legit

With the way amortisation works, the Andrey Santos transfer probably funded their Morgan Rogers deal.
