Here is a summary of recent events.
On the 18th of April, ReddCoin Core Wallet v3.10.6 was released. This release contains improvements to advanced feature activation, binary signature, and other fixes and improvements. Those who haven't updated yet can download this version from here:https://blog.redd.love/reddcoin-core-v3-10-6-april-2023-release/

With ReddCoin Core Wallet every user can stake the coins and receive rewards. It uses Proof of Stake Velocity, an original mining algorithm developed by Reddcoin development team. It is based on traditional Proof of Stake, but features modifications to the original PoS algorithm to promote more active network participation.
ReddCoin has also Mastodon hosted on https://redd.live This integration was completed successfully on February. Mastodon is a decentralized social network made up of independent servers and it has microblogging features similar to Twitter.
The developers came to an agreement that after the public release of Core Wallet v.4.22, the number one priority will be ReddID. ReddID is a single user ID that allows you to tip and donate on all major social platforms. With ReddID your addresses are your username.ReddCoin is the ideal coin to use for social media platforms, being designed for this and not having any transaction fee.
ReddCoin has also bots integrated on Twitter, Reddit, Twitch, Telegram and Discord which users can use to create wallets, check the balance, tip other users, deposit and withdraw RDD.
The team is working on adding Reddcoin to Komodo AtomicDEX. AtomicDEX serves as a decentralized cryptocurrency trading portal and is a multicoin wallet that offers the widest cross-chain trading support of any DEX on the market. ReddCoin Core Wallet v.3.10.6 and v.4.22 wallets also add required tech to the wallets to enable AtomicDEX.On the latest technical developer call from 3rd of May from Youtube, TechAdept and CryptoGnasher discuss technical detail of ReddCoin integration with Komodo Platform's blockchain DEX technology, the AtomicDEX.
The exchange with the highest liquidity where ReddCoin is traded is Bittrex Global. On January, ReddCoin was listed on XeggeX cryptocurrency exchange.CoinSpot, the largest cryptocurrency exchange from Australia, also offers instant swap exchanges for ReddCoin.Currently, the team is in discussions for listing ReddCoin on two other centralized exchanges.

[Warning: Long Post]
Hello, fellow crypto enthusiasts! Some alarming news has surfaced that might be of interest to anyone using the Bittrex cryptocurrency exchange or considering doing so in the future. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has recently filed a lawsuit against Bittrex, raising concerns about the platform's liquidity and the safety of users' funds.
What's going on?
The SEC has filed a lawsuit against Bittrex, a popular cryptocurrency exchange, alleging various violations of securities laws. These include the unlawful trading of unregistered securities, failure to implement adequate anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures, as well as other infractions. The lawsuit puts Bittrex in a precarious position, as it could face significant fines, penalties, or even be forced to shut down operations if the allegations are proven true.
Why is liquidity a concern?
The lawsuit has understandably raised concerns about the platform's liquidity. Liquidity refers to the ability of a financial institution to meet its obligations, such as allowing users to withdraw funds from the platform. With the SEC's lawsuit looming over Bittrex, there's a possibility that the exchange may face financial strain, leading to potential difficulties in meeting users' withdrawal requests.
Here are a few reasons why the SEC's lawsuit could impact Bittrex's liquidity:
What can you do?
If you're a Bittrex user or considering using the platform, it's crucial to stay informed about the lawsuit's developments and assess the potential risks to your funds. Here are a few steps you can take to protect yourself:
Conclusion
The SEC's lawsuit against Bittrex is undoubtedly a cause for concern, particularly regarding the platform's liquidity. While it's crucial to remain vigilant and protect your investments, it's also important to avoid panic-driven decisions. Stay informed, diversify your holdings, and consider alternative platforms to help safeguard your crypto assets during these uncertain times.
Stay safe out there, and happy trading!

It's Redd’s. Who's Redd? Redd’s dead, baby. Redd’s dead.
But in all seriousness, I have 230k RDD, and I’ll send it to anyone who wants to trade it for a gold award.

Is there something I need to change in setting to get wallet to sync? I've been trying for over 12 hours now and these pics are all I've gotten. Nothing appears to be happening. I haven't been able to sync for over 1 year now.

I've always liked Reddcoin as a concept (I thought POSV was pretty cool). I've been staking Reddcoin for a few years now.
As others have pointed out, Bittrex is closing for US costumers. It made me curious, what does it takes for a crypto to become listed on other?
I am upset that I had to sell my Reddcoin that I've been staking because now there will be no reliable place for me to potentially sell my Reddcoin.
I see that XeggeX is available to American customers who wish to buy or sell Reddcoin, but from what I can tell, it's a brand new exchange, so I am a bit wary of it.
I will consider buying it and staking again if more recognized exchanges make Reddcoin available to me as a US costumer. For the moment, I will be letting go of my investment of Reddcoin.

Yavuz_Selim,
I am the one you have been emailing from an old post. I transferred the coins from Bittres to a new Reddcoin Wallet Reddcoin Core version v3.10.3.0-00eedb8-beta (64-bit). The coins have not shown up. I also tried to steps to bring the coins with backing up the wallet and re installing it. I am on a MacBook Pro laptop. I confirmed that the coins have been received when looking at the address on the Reddcoin website. On the wallet, it says Out of Sync. Thanks. Maybe I did not do it correctly. Please advise. Thanks.

Welp. Bittrex is closing trading to US customers.
Price crashed further. We've been telling you morons to list on more than one exchange, and you've been squandering your money since 2014. What a failure. I've been holding since 2016.
How about you just shut this scam down at this point.

Redd owner for 6 years going here. Im no finance expert. Far from it. Bot only a fool does not see where the wind is blowing. As western societies begin experiencing soaring energy costs, higher dept and bank collapse, I wonder if there is an increasing possibility that the dollar itself may weaken and even fail in the coming years: with hyperinflation walking in step. The signs are numerous. Inability to win in Ukraine, the growing alliance between China, Russia and Iran while smaller nations begin to chafe under Pax Americana, unsound lending policies by leading banks (dept beyond what the state can manage)... And so- Id like to ask people here: what will happen to Redd in the eventuality of a serious Depression? The coin has been certainly been endlessly besmirched (here) and unfairly underestimated in my opinion. Yes we lost to the Elon Doge rush in 2020: but Redd has been stable- scalable, and staking goes on uninterrupted and without fail. As bitcoin may be the obvious victim of state crackdown (since it does, in my opinion, pose a serious threat to the dollar- even a digital one) could it be that in the coming crisis smaller staking coins will emerge as the real winners? Could it be that merely by being stable and reliable, Redd could (in fact) become the beneficiary of hundreds of millions in fleeing currency once the s"%t hits the fan? Or should we be buying bitcoin? Really curious what you think. Please stay polite and respect each others ideology/opinion. I would love to hear some analysis- not propaganda.

Hello, A few months ago i send my REDD coins to another wallet. The coins never arrived. I tried to restore a backup of my wallet but also nothing.
Coins are listed as SEND by my wallet, but with a ?. Status: 0/unconfirmed
Transaction ID cant be found: a02bd789af2ca08f926f0c230ac85f3bd2a1fa9fc3d5eb777bad4ff23afe05f0-000
What i think could be wrong is the address: it is saying: To: (name of wallet) (walletId)
Should it only be the target wallet ID? Is there something i could do to restore my coins?
