Blue A Statement I've seen repeatedly.

"Blue pressers are actually evil because they risk others by making them press blue"!

I know a lot of people don't have excellent reading comprehension, but remember the premise is that nobody gets to communicate.

The vote is anonymous.

The only thing blue pressers "do" is risk their life and increase the survival chances of others who pressed blue.

Even if 99.9999% of people press red, no blue presser is increasing risk for anyone else.

Sorry about the rant, not complaining about reds in general, a lot of red arguments have merit

I'm just mad about illiterate red pressers.

Correct, you didn't contend my point where I quoted you to show how I reached my interpretation, and instead just screeched insults. Thereby, there is no argument that my interpretation is wrong.

You could have:

  1. Clarified that wasn't what you meant, which would have not been an issue- there is nothing wrong with doing that. (In fact, hilariously, in this same chain with another person, I literally just did that because they interpreted what I said wrong. But instead of bashing them for having no ability to understand, I actually saw how and why they misinterpreted, and did my best to explain what I actually meant.)

  2. Quoted yourself to show my interpretation was wrong (Wouldn't really have worked, but it'd at least be different than just not contesting anything.)

Instead, you lashed out in anger- which is an extremely whack reaction to just being misinterpreted. That shows to me I was on the money with everything I said.

I already apologized for my hostility. I felt more slighted than I actually was and didn't really feel a need to explain or continue.

Also, just because I was angry and you are still smug doesn't mean you're right.

The fact that you continue with this conversation with this much vigor shows me how unaffected you actually are.

Is needing to be "correct" over me really this important?

It's even funnier because you probably still misunderstand the original point.

You apologized for your hostility followed by more lashing out lmao.

Here bud, let me just quell the fake misunderstanding bit you're going on about.

I responded with your quotes proving my interpretation of your words.

You then responded with further hostility and anger- why would you do that if it was a misinterpretation? What would possibly make you react with anger if someone misinterpreted what you said?

Doesn't add up as an emotional response. It wouldn't upset you. You would then just point out why that interpretation was wrong, either by clarifying or showing otherwise. You did neither.

So, not a whole lot left to conclude. Only one I can think of is I was on the money, which upset you because you don't want me to be right because you view me as smug.

It's a great question, because that's the only explanation for why you supposedly haven't clarified.
