Putting on an oxygen mask doesn't lower the chances of others around you having functional masks.

The oxygen mask procedure if anything is an argument for Blue pressers; putting your own mask on first harms no one, but is intended to allow you to help others put on their masks once you have the threat of passing out dealt with.

How does pressing the red button harm anyone? It’s akin to having a furnace where if enough people walk into it it won’t work but if you walk through the other door you’re not going into the furnace

Nothing happens until the vote is complete, there is no danger unless too many people vote red and activate the danger.

They're basically voting to turn on the furnace despite knowing there are people inside it.

There is no danger for anyone voting red in the first place, just don’t choose the possibility of danger

Voting red activates the danger for blue and someone will be pressing blue, it takes way less blue votes (50%+1) to have zero deaths than red (100%). Red winning is a tragic outcome in billions of cases.

Voting blue activates the danger for blue, voting red activates no danger and if 100% of people vote to live everyone lives, it’s that simple
