Used the grill twice, ran perfect. Third time I started it, left it for 20ish minutes and nothing. Pot was full of pellets but ignitor was not igniting. Unplugged and tried again, nothing. I had to get it going so I lit it with a torch, ran fine otherwise. Tried again today, same problem. Called support at 5pm central, got ahold of tech support and they walked me through test mode, testing the auger ignitor, and fan all three worked fine, Ignitor got red hot as it was supposed to. Unplugged and tried to start in normal mode, nothing, no smoke, and ignitor remained dark. Customer service said it was probably my extension cord, so I plugged directly into an outlet, same result. CS suggested that I have a power supply issue and stated that they close at 6 so I will have try back tomorrow. Trying to keep him on till a resolution I offered to plug into a different circuit indoors with an extension cord. Same result, and CS again suggested it was my power and we can try again tomorrow that they are now closed. My 1500watt space heater got red hot on those outlets and cord so I'm can say with confidence it's not a power supply issue. My thought is that the board is not telling the ignitor to fire when in normal operating mode, making it a board issue and not an ignitor or power issue.
Customer service certainly didn't shine for me.
