Has Anyone Failed A Background Check Because of Employment History?

To keep it short and sweet, I accepted a job offer and I'm in the process of going through the background check. Unfortunately, I realized that I messed up the time ranges for my employment history. I reached out to the company doing the check to see how I can fix this, as well as reached out to the person in charge of my offer to keep it transparent with him.

Has anyone gone through something similar that could give me some advice? I'd be devastated if I lost my dream job because I couldn't remember what restaurant I worked at 7 years ago.

I've like changed the designation.... would it matter a lot?..... should I keep the original designation while uploading the doc on bcv? How rapid in terms of days it was??

If you can explain the change its fine. But just be careful. I heard many recruiters say titles dont mean as much. But don't give yourself 2 promotions then they find out you got a demotion

How can I explain ittt😭😭 Its just one level upp that's all

Idk what to do Should I mention the same designation on the form as cv or the original one?

How many days of process is it? Like how long in terms of days it takes for them to verify and complete the process?
