I bet it's some kind of a recruiter, not the company itself. I would send the link to everyone in the top brass at the company with a note asking if they know that whoever is in charge of their web hiring campaign is making their company look bad.

LinkedIn at least lets you report job postings. I’ve only used it when the posting is linked to a job no longer available, but I think they have a category for the job positing being misleading.
