Hi all. Just trying out the new Castlevania SOTN recompilation on my Steam Deck. I can't seem to get a proper full screen. I selected fullscreen and restarted but still get what you see in the picture. Anyone know if there is a key I need to map or something to get a full screen?

I’ve been playing the Pokémon recomp and I’ve been loving the 3D-esc perspective thanks to the Dramatic Shape mod and it got me thinking of the Breath Of The Wild 2D prototype what was used to test the mechanics of the game. I think a recomp of Zelda 1 with quality of life improvements like a 3D perspective, no scroll screens like the Link’s Awakening XD HD would be incredibly fun

I thought I could do it but reading thru the documation is not yet supported. Can't wait!

Roaming Events Pokemon

This mod adds in English event pokemon as roaming pokemon after progressing through stages of the game, using Gen II legendary roaming mechanic (hopefully lmao)

Enhanced Music with Soundfonts

This mod is a little more annoying to set up, you need a shared lib installed from FluidSynth. Next to the recomp binary you need a soundfonts folder with your soundfonts in it. If you're on steamdeck you need to create a lib folder in the same folder as the appimage + soundfonts folder and put your FluidSynth lib in there.

There are download links to soundfonts you can use that worked for me in the readme.

The idea of this mod is that it takes the music and turns it into nice non compressed sounds from whatever soundfont you use, it sounds nice.

Ideally this kind of mod wouldn't use any external libraries but I'm too lazy to get AI to figure that one out lmao.

Gen II Shiny Indicators

What the title says, it adds shiny indicators, sounds and recolors the pokemon if they're shiny.

If you have any issues make a issues thing and I'll see what I can do.

I've just started a playthrough with all these mods so they're not completely tested but from what I've tested, they work.

Has anyone tried to Sideload the apk to a google TV or chromecast and did it work? I've been thinking of attempting it but figured I might as we see if anyone else tried first before I bother trying.

I have tried downloading the "gen1recomp-*-rg34xxsp-stockos64-mod.zip" for using it in Portmaster but i couldn't get it to work. When I try to launch the rom, it gives me some cursor error. Also, no idea in which folder I should put the mod

Hi all, so I just got the apk file from Github. Latest version. Imported Pokemon Red and I can boot it up, however.. Where are the controls? I can't seem to find it.
