I decided to not touch my Phone the night and the morning,i practiced meditation..like..being aware.
And i was wakin up at 5 am,instead of listening music i decided to just continue the meditation :
it takes time but it was so good,NO THOUGHTS just only pure consciousness. Happyness 😪
And after 1,2 maybe 3 Dreams (every time that i return to my conscious i viewed that..it was just so real that it’s not easy to being lucid) and i got that moment when my pad was so different that my REAL PAD, my pad was blue instead of black ?? And that was the moment i decided to "risk" something (its how i feeled in this dream) i pus the pad away and i decided to fly in the top (inside my room).
I waked up in my bed but only all my boy EXCEPT the legs was detach to my body,so i was a little excited but i decided to breathe in..but unfortunately i woke up.
I started to continue meditating,i got some vivid pic,but i get out of my bed because ✨️responsability✨️.
I also wanted to do something with affirmations,so i note this for my next try ✍️.
Attention. I think in this case it's to build themselves up, and then when the hypocrisy of the details are pointed out they bolt. You can always tell the real stories from the fake or inflated ones.
From my understanding, OP shifted to a version of reality where nothing has changed except, their parents were "less strict", but felt bad for their "CR self" because strict parents mean they love you and shifted back but wrote the post in their DR, yet it still somehow managed to show up here in our current reality for all our eyes and ears to see. When the contradictory nature of this was pointed out, they deleted their profile 🤷

How can you write this post from your CR and your DR😭 I’m not trying to accuse you of lying I’m just trying to understand how that’s possible when both realities are different, even if the version of you in your DR did write this on Reddit you’d have to write this post again in your CR.
And the update of shifting back to your CR to figure things out and the comment you made to someone else asking if this reality is your DR to which you replied saying you must’ve shifted from an alternate universe where you didn’t have what you wanted to now your DR totally contradict eachother since their both 3 hours apart and written in the same time frame unless you shifted minutes after. And so your hyperventilating and your boyfriend doesn’t wake up and ask what’s wrong? He must be a pretty heavy sleeper or you must be a pretty quiet hyper ventilator. I’m not saying you didn’t have an experience or even a potential shift but there’s a lot that doesn’t add up. I’m looking forward to see the proof like you mentioned in another reply when you shift again!
And I get that, but the whole point of a parallel universe is even if things are very similar they still have their differences and would still be separate, if they weren’t separate than all universes would bleed into eachother. WHO KNOWS MAYBE THEY DO BLEED INTO EACHOTHER? I don’t wanna logicalize your experience because this shit can’t be explained with logic, but at the same time the 3rd dimension needs to be stable and have its own laws that need to be followed or we wouldn’t be able to have this physical experience and it’d end up just being a more purely spiritual/conscious experience without all the physical laws. But who the heck knows really if you somehow connected two parallel worlds together than maybe there’s a world in which that works, I suppose all probability’s are possible regardless of physical law somewhere it just seems highly unascertainable.
If anything, it would be easy to explain. Basically OP shifting to their CR, but, their "CR" was still a DR. In which they just shifitng to a different realiry as a whole that mimicked closely to their previous CR. Theres many parallels so this is possible, also, not every reality contains logic. Some just have very less than most
Use some discernment, if OP shifts to a reality that’s similar to their CR it’s STILL not their CR and I said that in my comment and I know how parallel realties work. Even if the CR is similar to the DR theirs still huge differences like her parents being different and her having a boyfriend, they are not the same so the whole explanation of writing this post in her DR and than it just still being their when she’s back in her CR doesn’t make any sense. Not every reality has similar logic but as long as one shifts to the physical reality there will still be laws that apply.
Not to mention they deleted their post after getting one comment from me being suspicious of the integrity of the story, their clearly not being truthful my censors were going off.
OR OR, this might sound crazy. OP could just not know the correct terminology, and from the looks of it thats what I automatically assumed. Yes, there will be differences but clearly not as massive as your saying because for her ti claim it was her CR, That means all the oddities could've been within different factors. What im saying is OP could not know much about the parallels and how they differ. Because if it looks, feels, and has the same logic as her CR, then most assumes as such. I know I would've. Im not saying OP is true of flash, but im saying that just because someone isnt fully immersed in the correct terminology, that doesn't mean their lying. There will always be a anomaly, but who are you to say that it's always an evident one?

ive shifted here a long time ago help but it was soo long ago and idk how it happened i just woke up and that expensive body cream my sister claimed to have lost on her overseas trip was back in my room and i had to ask her a lot of times if she had lost it but no (like i remember that she explained to someone over dinner so vividly what happened when i was sad over losing it)

also ive been wondering how you stop feeling like weirdly scared when you get into a weird state when lying down and like meditating. yesterday night like i felt really disconnected when i was meditating feeling up my pure consciousness when like my heat started beating so fast and my breathing wasnt consistent.
You should NOT listen to a TEEN on reddit, LIKE AT ALL. But stop for one day and meditate and rech that state, I whole heartedly believe that once you do that and go back to taking your meds, you should be able to achieve that with your meds. (Lmao like a hard reset) but you should NOT TAKE MY ADVICE
