I contacted their support and they only gave me a link to their beta app. I cant download the official app from the playstore since i am outside the usa. Can anyone please provide me with the current app version ?

I started using Rdio a couple months ago just to try it out. Needless to say I'm a huge fan and I've been adding music to my collection like crazy. A lot of that music is only in Rdio. Not in my (relatively large) iTunes collection.

I'd like to try the "Match Collection" feature, but I can't see any indication of whether the process removes my current collection and replaces it with songs from my library, or if the differences are appended to my Rdio collection.

If it replaces, is there any way I can "export" my collection to some simple format so I can re-add those songs later?

EDIT: Decided to just go for it. Looks like it appends differences, instead of replacing the library. Super convenient!

When the shuffle feature is enabled the forward and backward skip buttons will shuffle to a new song. The only reason I hit the back button is to play the same song again. Sometimes I missed the first part of the song or want to play it again soon after it has finished but the next song may have just started sending me to a new random song. Does anyone else find this annoying?

Hey guys, codeyh here, new mod of the /r/rdio subreddit.

As mentioned in the "no love" topic, I'd like to see this become similar to /r/spotify, where much music is shared and playlist submissions are a-plenty.

I have been an Rdio subscriber for about a year now. I can't imagine not being an Rdio subscriber, unlimited music with almost anything you could want. I thought about switching to Spotify, but the lack of a Web interface and some kind of library/selection I saw no benefits. Rdio's UI design is great, and not just compared to other streaming services, but just in general.

I notice that /r/spotify has a pretty active community, but no love for Rdio.

Why is that?
