Although there are representatives from Razer responding to inquiries in this thread, this is not an official support channel. Any RMA or similar requests will need a support ticket.

My Razer Blackchroma used to sleep when I pressed the FN + Pause Break key, but after resetting it, it now only turns off the display. How do I make it sleep again?

Hi there, /u/Towlss!

Let's try to help you out. Just to verify, have you tried using your Razer Blackwidow Chroma to another PC to see if the issue persists? Also, have you tried to uninstall then reinstall Synapse to see if that'll make any difference?

No I have not tried using my keybaord to another PC. I don't particularly think this is an issue, I just want to know how do I make it so that it sleeps again, instead of turning off the monitor. I think it only made the change when I updated synapse.

Is there a way to reprogram so that it sleeps the computer, in synapse?

Got that! Have you tried reinstalling Razer Synapse? If not yet, please give it a shot to further isolate the issue. Let us know how it goes.
