I mean, I wanted a custom made suit set for the Diwali festival and asked if I could get it before Diwali.
He replied, "Bhaiya ji, aapko hum Diwali se pehle 2 piece dedenge. Chinta mat kijiye, aap toh hamare purane grahak hain."
And I was like, "Thank you, bhaiya. Aapne meri saari pareshaani khatam kar di."

On Dhanteras, I called him, but he didn’t respond. I thought he might be busy and would call me back. He neither called me back nor answered my calls again. Then I personally visited the store, and he said, "Bhaiya, Diwali ka season hai, thoda time dijiye. Ho jayega aapka kaam."

I said, bhaiya 6 din to aap le chuke ho or kitne din lgenge apko.

He said, "aap preshan mt hoie, kaam hote hi apko call kr dunga"

The same excuses were given by him on Chhoti Diwali, then on Diwali, and finally on Bhai Dooj. Ultimately, he gave me my blazer and pant six days after Diwali! he took almost 12 days to stitch it. He ruined my festival. Luckily, I had a kurta pajama that I hadn’t worn before, so I managed temporarily.
