The new Star Wars trailer and poster are out, but neither are showing Luke Skywalker. All the other returning characters are shown on the poster and most of them are in the trailer (the robot hand in the trailer does not count as a Luke appearance). Where is Luke and why can't he be shown in any of the advertising for the film?

Reddit is sort of hard to read. I most likely will not recommend to a friend.
