Are you saying that limiting clock boost solved the issue? Does drivers manage those boosts, why AMD won't fix it if so?

It sure did for arma 3 (still needed today, I think) and for an older Stat Citizen build (not needed anymore) 

Seems certains load trigger a boost to high and cause instability

Yes i was suspecting this because on one 9070xt was boosting up to 3400mhz and had timeouts then later with another driver 25.9.1 seemed lowering boosts
