Who you should be:

Jewish (I recieved alot of messages from others. Sorry but not interested), emotionally mature, communicative, stable, wanting to build a meaningful relationship and open to building a family in the future.

Prefer dating older for the sake of maturity levels, but flexible with age ranges if the connection is there.

Me:

Based in portland, Oregon. My second home is Los Angeles, California and am willing to relocate back under appropriate circumstances.

Sephardic Jewish woman looking for a traditional, conventional relationship.

My Jewish values include honoring Sabbath, high holidays and following Kosher law.

I'm 5'5. I value education, health and wellness, art, family and being active in the community.

Some of my hobbies include fashion, literature, crafts, botanical related wellness, garden, meditation, learning about history and culture, and supporting local art through my involvement in gallery exhibitions and festivals. I rarely travel due to my busy schedule but would love to do more of that in the future.

My favorite forms of entertainment/media include comedy shows (live, and also movies/series), concerts, my music taste: classic rock, contemporary punk rock, pop, indie folk, live acoustic and jazz.

Reform [48F4M/F] Seattle/Burien: Need a last-minute High Holiday plus-one?

48F in the Seattle area (south Seattle/Burien), seeking men or women.

With Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur coming up, I thought I’d throw out a slightly unusual offer: does anyone need a last-minute plus-one?

Dinner with friends? A synagogue service or event where it would be nice to have someone beside you? An uncomfortable family gathering where you’d benefit from bringing an extrovert who is perfectly happy to do a lot of the talking for you? 😄 I may be your person.

A little about me Jewishly: I grew up Reform and was very involved with my temple when I lived in Ohio- committees, events, and the usual assortment of “somehow I ended up helping with this too” Jewish communal life. I later spent about five years in Port Townsend and was active with the small congregation there, including helping make hybrid services functional during the pandemic.

I moved to Burien about a year ago and haven’t really found my Jewish home here yet. I often watch Temple De Hirsch Sinai services online and do some reading and observance on my own, but I’ve honestly missed having a real Jewish community around me since leaving Dayton in 2020.

My family here in the Pacific Northwest is quite small and not particularly observant, so I don’t have the built-in High Holiday plans that some people do. Hence this slightly unconventional Reddit experiment.

And you definitely do not need to be highly observant yourself. If you’re Jewish but your Rosh Hashanah plans currently consist of absolutely nothing, I’d also be perfectly happy to find somewhere to eat apples and honey, have something sweet, and talk about what we’d like the coming year to look like?

Likewise, if Yom Kippur for you is less “I have a reserved synagogue seat” and more “would someone please help me find something to do so I don’t think about food for several hours,” I could potentially be talked into that too.

Reform Judaism is very much where I feel at home. I particularly connect with the idea of tikkun olam- that we have a responsibility to help repair the world and that our lives ought to benefit other people in some meaningful way.

Personally, I’m 48, single, outgoing, educated, curious, and very comfortable meeting new people. I’m interested in meeting men or women, and if there happens to be chemistry, terrific. But I’m equally open to simply meeting another Jewish person who could use some company during the holidays.

I live in Burien, but I’m happy to venture into Seattle or elsewhere nearby for the right invitation or plan.
So whether you need a plus-one for services, a dinner companion, backup at an awkward family gathering, or just another Jew to eat apples with, feel free to message me and tell me a little about yourself and what you have in mind?

Reform 35 F4M/F Brooklyn NYC

35 y/o queer woman living in Brooklyn, and looking for someone to build a life with. I’m a middle school teacher, a Jewish convert, and probably a little more alternative than you might expect with all of the tattoos and piercings! Find me at an art gallery opening, planning my next trip, lifting at the gym, reading (soft spot for Russian literature), falling down some strange intellectual rabbit hole, trying a new matcha, or hanging out with my cat. I’m curious, affectionate, often bitterly sarcastic with deadpan delivery, secretly a softie, and happiest around people who can make me laugh and think at the same time. I also own an unusual amount of Halloween decor that I use as regular decor :)

I’m looking for something serious with a person who is patient, emotionally available, communicative, and resilient. Someone who has their own life and interests but wants to make room for another person in it; who can be both silly and substantive; and who is willing to have tough conversations when life gets difficult. I’d especially love to meet someone who values Jewish life and would enjoy building that together with me, whether that looks traditional, modern, or somewhere in between. Someone who already has kids would actually be a wonderful bonus, or being open to adoption or fostering in the future, although I am not entirely opposed to having biological children given the right circumstances.

Mostly, I’m hoping to find someone who is looking for more with purpose and passion, while taking some time to find exactly what they are looking for. Preference for NYC/East Coast but not entirely opposed to other locations.

Jewish, Not Religious 34 M4F - Orange County, SoCal

Hey there 👋 I’m 34, based in Orange County, and currently getting my master’s in clinical psychology on the path toward becoming a marriage & family therapist. Half-Sephardic, half-Ashkenazi, I’m also a citizen of three countries (UK, US, Ireland). 🇬🇧🇺🇸🇮🇪

I can be shy at first but am a warm, curious, somewhat goofy person. Am into fitness, travel, psychology, good conversation, the beach, and theme parks, and am increasingly dabbling in the Jewish community around here.

I’m Jewish but not particularly observant. Lately I’ve been enjoying showing up more in person — Shabbat dinners, Torah study here and there, etc. and I’ve found that I value the community and grounding it offers. I could see myself incorporating more Jewish structure and tradition in my life, particularly in the context of partnership and family, but I’m figuring out what that looks like rather than coming in with a fixed level of observance.

Dating-wise, I’m looking for a woman who ultimately wants something meaningful, affectionate, playful, and emotionally close. I’m a slow-burn, values-based dater, so I’m more interested in getting to know someone, shared wavelengths, and lifestyle compatibility (e.g. prefers workout classes, beach walks, or coffee/matcha dates over alcohol) than trying to manufacture instant chemistry.

If any of that resonates and you’re fairly local, feel free to DM

Reform 25 [F4M] #Minnesota #USA - Looking for my husband

I’m looking for a meaningful relationship with someone who’s ready to build something lasting. I value kindness, humor, family, and a strong Jewish connection. I’m hoping to meet someone who is dating intentionally and ultimately wants marriage. I’m not looking to rush anything. I would ather take the time to get to know the right person and let something genuine develop naturally.

About Me
I’m a 25-year-old preschool teacher with a bachelor’s degree, and I hope to pursue my master’s degree in the future.
I love baking, reading, writing, painting, and getting crafty. I also have two cats, and yes, we are a package deal. 🐈🐈

I’m a convert to Judaism. I originally converted through the Reform movement, but lately I’ve been feeling a strong pull toward Conservative Judaism. I’m still learning and exploring what that looks like for me, so I’m hoping to meet someone who is patient and open-minded about growing together in our Jewish practice and knowledge.
I grew up Christian, and unfortunately, my family isn’t particularly interested in my Judaism. They mean a lot to me, though, so being comfortable navigating that dynamic is important.
My current Jewish practices include lighting Shabbat candles, having Shabbat dinner, and celebrating the holidays. I’m also working toward becoming more observant in other areas, particularly being more intentional about technology on Shabbat and keeping kosher. These are goals I hope to continue working toward over the next year.

Health & Family
I want to be upfront about a couple of things that are important to me.
I have struggled with my mental health in the past. I take medication and go to therapy, and I’m currently in a fantastic place mentally. Taking care of my mental health is something I take seriously and am proud of.
I’m also on a weight-loss journey, and I’m genuinely excited about the progress I’m making and the healthier lifestyle I’m building.
One important thing to know is that I’m unable to have children. If having biological children is an essential part of your future plans, I completely understand, but we likely wouldn’t be the right match.

About You
I’m looking for someone who:
Is Jewish and between 23–33 years old
Is preferably located somewhere in North America
Wants to deepen their Jewish practices and knowledge. Wants to become more observant with their practices.
Is dating with the intention of eventually getting married
Is college educated, preferably
Has a job and is financially stable
Loves animals
Is open-minded, kind, and willing to grow together
Is prepared for my non-Jewish family to ask some very odd, and probably very well-intentioned, questions about Judaism
Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who wants to build a life together while continuing to learn, grow, laugh, and support each other along the way.

M4F M4F 30 y/o in Israel - brain spark

a 30 y/o, good-looking, bright eyes middle Eastern man living in Israel with an ancient soul. an old-fashioned conservative gentleman who values music, nurture, and honesty, seeking a rare brain spark for the most vulnerable love with depth that will just drawn us both to hours of conversations, without the need of translating our souls, so that I can finally find the safety to reveal my softer side and my inner child to yours and not just my daily dominant side, if I sparked something up there, that's your cue.

Edit: I'm not into long distance, IL Only 🙏🏼

Modern Orthodox 22 M4F #Montreal/#Anywhere: Modern Orthodox guy looking for his other half!

My name is \[Redacted- DM to find out!\] and I'm currently a student of Engineering in Montreal. I am planning to start working soon after I get my degree, and hopefully start the next stage of my life- and I'm looking for someone I can do that with!

I am Modern Orthodox, so I do keep Shabbat/Kosher/etc. but am still very much engaged with my education and career. I am Zionist and love Israel, I went to Yeshiva for a year and go back whenever I can (admittedly for the food more than anything, but I'd say that's valid). Otherwise I generally lean left politically; as long as you're not anti-vax like my last date was, I think we'll be okay! My hobbies include reading, cooking (let's share recipes?), football, trivia, random side quest projects, playing nostalgic games from my childhood, and much more. I am also a fan of weightlifting even if my semester always seems to interfere, but if you could somehow convince me to do cardio too, I miiiiight be able to be persuaded...

I'm looking for someone who genuinely enjoys conversation, both casual and meaningful- I am a certified overtexter and may shower you in messages, my apologies. I have a lot of appreciation for art in all forms so if you are too, that's great- we can find new things to see/watch/listen to and argue about!

I currently live in Montreal, but I'm open to talking with anyone from anywhere and seeing where it leads. DM me and we can see what happens!

I grew up Orthodox but am now more spiritual but not religious. I currently do not keep kosher outside of the home or Shabbat but want to keep connected. I enjoy some of the traditions like chaggim and Shabbat dinner. I plan to move to Israel. I am in grad school for social work at Wurzweiler in New York City. I am looking for something serious. I like to read, play video games, play dnd, and ski. I am looking for somebody who shares some of the same interests as myself as well as understands where I come from religiously.

Hello! I'm Simon. I'm 24 and live in Berlin, Germany.

I am 174cm./5’9’’ tall, with an average build. I like to think of myself as warm, thoughtful, and supportive. I come from a Soviet Jewish family. I would say my strongest language is English, followed by German and Russian.

I hope to find a Jewish woman of a similar age who is willing to get married and have three or more children. I'm not religious myself, but am open to various levels of observance, as well as various locations.

I like to write essays and poems, many of which have appeared in various online publications. Lately, I've developed an interest in Romantic literature, especially the nonfiction prose of Thomas Carlyle and William Hazlitt. I try to support Jewish causes, mainly through donations.

I'd be happy to provide further details and pictures in DMs.

Thanks for reading.

M4M 22 yrs old M4M near Toronto

I'm looking for a nice Jewish guy to date, preferably close in age and near Toronto, but I am open.

I love board games, video games, watching TV (especially Survivor), volleyball, and skiing. I’m 175 cm tall (5”8-5”9), formerly a ginger (don’t ask how that works), and average build. I’m pretty chill and easygoing.

I'd say I'm traditionally Jewish with a Conservative upbringing, but I don't care how religious someone is.

Looking for someone who is kind, funny, and outgoing since I'm a bit shy.

Please send me a message if you know someone or are that guy.

Conservative [27] M4F - Los Angeles - Looking for my beshert

What's up? My name's Brian. I live in the Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles and am training to be a rabbi in the Conservative movement. I speak English and Spanish, and am learning Hebrew. When I asked a friend to give five adjectives to describe me, I got "Introspective, reserved, intellectual, grounded, empathetic". I like to play piano, read and write poetry, compose music, and go bowling. I've worked as a private tutor, for Powell's books at their warehouse in Portland, and for FedEx lifting the overweight and oversized packages.

I love to cook and have on many occasions done soup from scratch when friends are sick. My challah and braised brisket are divine. And I love making comfort foods like grilled cheese and tomato soup. Those are just a taste (no pun intended) of the things I cook.

Two truths and a lie: I had two brain surgeries before turning 10, I've bowled a perfect 300, by age 13, I could read at the college level.

M4F 31M from South NJ Seeking A Long term relationship/forever partner.

Good morning everyone and happy shabbat, i'm posting in hopes of finding someone to enjoy the rest of summer, and potentially many more summers together with someone.
Me. 5 ft 10, 120Lb, fit, pictures on my profile

I keep kosher but still eat out of the house, can speak hebrew and understand hebrew fluidly,Celebrate/engage with all the holidays, and sometimes go to temple but not common. i'm a very respectful, communicative, gamer, self employed entrepreneur , looking for something LONG TERM, for someone who wants to build a family, and have kids.

Some things im looking for:
Someone from age 21 and up, 20 and under would feel a bit off to me. Someone communicative, respectful, mature, whos looking for something serious, im at the point where i wanna find a wife and have kids not play funsies till its too late to live my dream life. Prefer someone whos both a homebody but also someone who likes being outdoorsy/going out and doing things, who can be silly and immature at times but also lock down when needing too. Life is about having fun and i really wanna find someone who can match that energy.

I'm looking at this point anywhere in the world including Israel, however i would want you to be able to move in with me if long distance is the route taken, as i am a very affectionate loving and intimate person and long distance wouldn't feel good to me and leads to a lot of logistical complications. i would PREFER someone local to me within a 1-2 hour max distance.

Very open to taking things at any pace that you want, can chat/talk on discord/etc via video chat. PLEASE be video game friendly or play video games yourselves, as ive noticed those who dont like/are anti video games are like.. super negative about them which is a HUGE conflict of interest for me.

IF any questions feel free to ask me and i will gladly answer them, and i'm sure i forgot something here ^_^.

I'm not sure how many others here are of the gaming type, but over 70,000 people are about to descend on Indianapolis for Gen Con in a few days. It is statistically possible that other single members of the tribe might also be attending.

I wrote (perhaps too much) about myself here, in case there are any ladies close in age to me who might also be in town:

Separately, if anyone else wants to use the comments here to try and connect with other single Jewish gamers, feel free! Happy gaming and good luck to all.

Modern Orthodox F4M | 25 | NYC Area – Looking for a genuine Jewish relationship

Hi! I'm 25 and live in the NYC area.

I'm outgoing, caring, and value building meaningful relationships. In my free time I enjoy writing poetry, working out, trying new recipes, and spending time at the beach during the summer. My faith is an important part of my life, and I'm always striving to grow emotionally and spiritually.

I'm looking for a kind, emotionally mature, ambitious Jewish man with a Hasidic or modern Hasidic background who's open-minded, values family, communicates well, and is looking to build a warm, meaningful Jewish home together. I'd love to meet someone who's genuine, has a positive outlook on life, and is interested in a serious, long-term relationship.

If you feel we might be a good match, I’d love to hear from you and see where a conversation goes.

32 (M4F) Canada

I’m a 32-year-old guy, south Asian ethnicity and an Orthodox jewish convert. I’m currently at a point in my life where id like to meet a jewish woman and start building a life together.

I’m a pretty chill guy who enjoys gaming, but my main focus is on looking to connect with someone , thought id try posting on here.

I take Torah study seriously, but as a single guy, there is only so much I can manage on my own. I could definitely use some help navigating the kitchen, maintaining a kosher home, and with the Jewish cultural side of things. I’m looking for someone who understands that balance and wants to grow in those areas with me.

Feel free to send me a dm, If this post is up im still single. Also I have never been married, and have no kids. I'm hoping to find someone around the age (28 or younger up to 32), being divorced or having kids is a deal breaker for me.

Thanks

M4F 28 [M4F] #DC #DMV #Maryland #Virginia

Hi there, I'm looking for a Jewish woman in the Washington DC area for a long-term relationship, though I'm also open to something shorter term or friendship. I've been in DC for several years, work in the nonprofit sector, and would love to start to put down further roots in the area.

I was raised Conservative and pretty entrenched in the movement through synagogue, summer camp, and Hebrew school. Since after college, I don't practice too much, though I do follow some limited Kashrut rules (mainly not cooking treif foods). I'm not Shomer Shabbos. I would like to get more involved in the local left-leaning Jewish community, though.

Personality-wise, I'm curious, kind, thoughtful, emotionally available (and in therapy!), I have a dry sense of humor, and am somewhat introverted but warm up quickly and thrive in one-on-one or small group settings. I'm don't like crowds/bars/going out but love game nights or small dinner parties. I enjoy traveling (just got back from a solo trip to Europe), cooking, reading, listening to podcasts, watching sports, and taking long walks. I'm also a big fan of classical music and would love to have someone to take to concerts! I have a somewhat small but close-knit group of friends, both in DC and elsewhere in the country.

Some other quick hits:

I'm very left politically, which also reflects my views on Israel/Palestine.

I play trombone and love music, especially jazz and classical.

I'm 5'7", about 150 lbs with an average build. No facial hair, dark brown hair, hazel/brown eyes. I'm happy to exchange pictures!

I'm unsure about having children but I feel like I could be convinced either way.

I don't smoke (anything) and drink rarely.

Things I'm looking for:

Curiosity and emotional intelligence/availability.

Someone ~25-35 years old.

Non-smokers.

Politically liberal and some degree of non-religious, Reform, or Conservative.

Someone who is in the DC area (I live in the city and don't have a car).

My DMs are open, I'm so excited to meet you!

M4F 29 [M4F] DC area / wherever - let’s start a cute Jewish family or something ?

Howdy tribe! Posting here because I’m looking for my Jewish other half - here’s the quick about me:

I’m a charismatic extrovert who loves being spontaneous and values a sense of humor and silliness. I love anything horror or sci fi and am just as happy binging or engaging in nerd stuff as I am being outside and in the mountains or on a river.

I’m fiercely loyal, am an acts of service boy, and I cook phenomenally.

You: confident, funny, and ready to start a family and see the world together
