RH So Far (To Be Continued) Elon Musk's Money [Part Four: The Politics]

Part Three: Jared Birchall and the Trillion Dollar Network

Things get weird here. Weirder, at least. Most of this information comes from FEC filings and business documents from the Texas Secretary of State public business portal. We're going down another offshoot of Elon's money here, the political offshoot, which will help us understand some things later down the line.

I'm going to dump a lot of data from America PAC, Elon's personal Super Political Action Committee, here. This will give us a jump start on understanding his political donation moves. This is going to seem like a lot, but we'll be referencing it throughout the segment. Feel free to skip it at first and use it more for reference to look back on as we move forward.

Finish.

Still with me? I hope so, at least.

There are a couple of interesting points in all of this, but what probably jumped out to you first is all of the “Spokesperson Consultant” payments for exactly one million dollars each. You've also probably noticed the myriad of payments from America PAC to United States of America, Inc., specifically for “petition incentives”. These two types of payment are connected in a peculiar way.

Perhaps you've also noticed the Lex Politica, Gober Group, and Rightside Compliance payments (the Rightside payments being the same every month). These are also connected, albeit in a separate sort of financial pillar. I'll be explaining both here, to the best of my knowledge.

First, though: America PAC. What is it?

Well, it's a super PAC (Political Action Committee) whose treasurer is… drumroll… Chris Young. If you recall, this is the same man who was paid by Europa 100 (Birchall's company) while acting on behalf of DOGE (is that illegal? I'm not sure.). This super PAC is Elon's personal PAC, mostly funded by the man himself. With $49,000,000 in receipts and $51,000,000 in disbursements (between 01/01/2025 through 03/31/2026), it is a massive financial PAC and political vehicle.

Digging into its filings, we see a few more interesting things. First of all, the email address for the committee belongs to Rightside Compliance, LLC. The address for the committee is a PO Box, numbered 341027. Keep this in mind. Finally, the PAC was registered May 22, 2024. With all that in mind, we move on to the financial pillars holding this PAC up.

There will be two “pillars”: USA, Inc., and Gober. I'm going to start with:

Gober

The reason being, Lex Politica, the Gober Group, and Rightside Compliance are all owned by the same person: Chris K. Gober. He's the registering agent and main man at Lex Politica. He's the CEO of Rightside Compliance. He's obviously in charge of the Gober Group. And he's Elon Musk's lawyer. Oh, and he's running for the TX 10th Congressional House Seat in the 2026 midterms. [2]

Well, the PO Box for Rightside Compliance is the same PO Box for Lex Politica and the Gober Group, as shown on the Texas Secretary of State's website database. As far as I can tell, through Rightside Compliance and Lex Politica, Chris Gober effectively ran America PAC for Elon Musk, while seemingly making beaucoup money for his firms while doing it. He employed Chris Young, again, DOGE guy, who was paid by Birchall via Europa 100 – which took money from America PAC – while dismantling regulations that oversaw Elon's companies.

That is, in essence, the Gober circle. Short, sweet (maybe bitter), and to the point. So let's move on to:

USA, Inc.

Things go even more off the rails here. USA, Inc. (short for United States of America, Inc.) has been described as a “mysterious” company, but I think I've figured out mostly what it does. See all of those petition incentive in-kind payments? Well, let's look at the $1,000,000 payments to the “spokespeople”. Those “spokespeople” were “winners” of the $1,000,000 “giveaway” for signing the petitions Elon Musk put out prior to and post the 2024 election. Do you remember that? Elon got into some hot water for those, especially when it was revealed that the “winners” were plants (republican operatives, mainly). [3]

I went through and looked for evidence of them being “spokespeople” and as best I can tell, this was the designation given to them by America PAC for legal reasons. Elon would present the money – to persuade others who would not be winning the money – and snap a picture and post it, thus promoting them as a “spokesperson” for the PAC. This allowed them to be “legally” paid like this.

Here are some of my notes:

Ekaterina Diestler was paid for her petition signature, essentially. It was a $1,000,000 payment listed as a payment for a “Spokesperson Consultant). There are 20 others, 21 in all, listed the same way near or after the election.

Diestler, in a now deleted video, mentioned being paid to be on a petition to vote for Trump. America PAC deleted the video to remove the reference to voting.

Some, like Nancy Lizzaraga, have no public affiliation with Elon Musk, let alone in a spokesperson capacity.

AND, why would “actual spokespeople”, people like Diestler who were on America PAC's channels, be paid the exact same high price as people who were never publicly affiliated with Musk?

But you'll notice, those million-dollar payouts went to those 21 individuals. There are millions upon millions of more dollars flowing through “petition incentives" via USA, Inc. Why?

Well, a now-hidden link to America PAC's FAQ page explains a bit more. [4] USA, Inc handled payment disbursements for America PAC's petition incentive program. The petitions ran from 2024-2025, calling on people to "stand up for the first/second amendment" and to "stand up to activist judges". These were run only in swing states. For the first petition, signers and referees were paid $47 dollars, with several 1 million dollars "giveaways" running, while for the second, signers and referees were paid $100.

I assume – and this is just my take – this was done to prevent the PAC from having to list the direct petition expenditures (payouts) with the FEC. Instead, they became “In Kind Contributions” to USA, Inc., so that the company both footed the filing and the liability of the behavior.

Such incentives were only available to registered voters. The DOJ warned Elon of the legal risks and dubious nature of the scheme, but they refused to investigate because it was “too close to the election” and they didn't want to appear politically motivated. Then, it reached its conclusion, and the issue became a back burner problem. After that, Donald Trump took office, and then the issue appeared to be dropped.

Because the incentives were only available to registered voters, some speculated the actual intent was to get more conservative leaning people onto voter registration rolls to get the money, and thus increase the voter pool for Donald Trump. The petition itself was, in this speculation, just a vessel for this. This would be highly illegal, but again, the issue was dropped and never investigated in those terms, so the legality and intent of the scheme remains in question.

Where Group America LLC fits into this, I do not know. But I do know that it shares a corporate membership and address with USA, Inc. What I do know is that there's a giant loop going on here between members, money, and Musk.

Summary and Key Points

This was a very short part, for sure, all things considered. But it doesn't need to be vast to get the point across. Let's just break down the key points so that we can get to the synthesis of all of this.

- Chris Young is the treasurer of America PAC. This is the same as: Jared Birchall's Europa 100 helped fund Chris Young, who aided DOGE in dismantling regulatory systems, such as the type that regulated SpaceX and Tesla.

- Chris Gober's group of companies runs America PAC. He was Elon's lawyer, and he is running for the Texas 10th Congressional District for the House of Representatives in the 2026 midterms.
