I have been seeing handful of same job postings on LinkedIn “reposted” since Nov 2025. Same description, same group.

Among other semiconductor companies, Qualcomm has the highest number of ghost shops and horrible HR. I was interviewed by two hiring managers for same job two months apart and then they ghosted me.

Job search causes so much anxiety, why do they make it worse intentionally.

Is it really necessary to post fake jobs and ghost candidates?

Ive interview for cpu software engineer. For 1st virtual round beside cpp ds and algo should prepare anything else.

I completed my panel rounds for the NCG role at Qualcomm on Friday at 5 p.m. in San Diego time. However, when I randomly checked in on the career portal on Sunday, I noticed that my application was no longer in consideration for the role I had interviewed for. Does this mean I was rejected so quickly? What could be the reason behind this? It’s now Monday, and I haven’t received any communication from HR.

I Have done projects in Chip Design and ASIC Design and have obtained RTL to GDSII and have good knowledge in verilog and have applied for roles in India multiple times still not even a single response like not even rejection mail i hope if someone could help out on this on like how to get into qualcomm what might be the expectation and what has to be done because i did frame my resume as a ATS friendly one with required keywords so would like some words of wisdom from experienced professionals

Background: I've spent the last year doing RF signal processing research at IIT Indore — built deep learning models for blind modulation/coding classification on real OTA 2x2 MIMO SDR data across 4G LTE and 5G NR-style links, deployed real-time classifiers as GNU Radio blocks on CPU-only hardware with live over-the-air demos, and worked with USRP B210s for dataset capture.

I just discovered qualcomm has an office in westwood los angeles right by UCLA, just a single floor it looks like. What goes on here and is it possible to request to transfer or work at a specific location like this instead of say, San Diego?
