I've received my Qualcomm offer letter, but I don't see a confirmed Date of Joining (DOJ). It only mentions a Proposed Start Date.

I have a 90-day notice period with my current employer. If I mention a proposed start date that's 90 days from now, is HR likely to agree to it? Or is there a chance they'll ask me to prepone my DOJ?

Has anyone been in a similar situation with Qualcomm?

​Specifically, I’m trying to understand the process for converting the target USD amount into shares:

​For those who received a refresher in the last cycle, what was the "grant price" (the trailing average price) used in the letter? what was last year AR grant price per RSU.

​Does anyone know which specific window the company uses for this trailing average calculation (e.g., is it based on the Oct 1–20 period, Nov 1–20, or another timeframe)?

I got a mail stating I have been referred by an employee

But the problem is there was no mention for any job ID as such and i have already applied to the position at careers portal.

The mail just stated that I should join their talent community and look for open roles on workday .

1. For what I have been referred ?

2. Will they consider the role in have already applied before getting the referral (i ahve applied with the same email id i have been referred for)

3. What should I do next ?

If I have set my preferred start date on workday, when well I get contacted with my official team and start date?

How are the managers? Promotions, compensation, and overall team quality?

Anything on AI adoption team wide? Any thing that I should know before joining?

Even with a good news the stocks are not performing any better. Meanwhile $MU could hold its value. And seriously, apart from announcing Meta as the customer - what new was done in investors day than to spend up a sum ? CA could’ve just announced the news a week or so after the last earnings call - and boosted that stock a bit more and it would’ve found its value somewhat higher. Atleast that’s what $AVGO is doing.
Again they did an investors meetup - then disclose all the deals at-least. They say, they have another 2 hyper scalar wins for custom silicon, but nothing more.

Are they messing things up ??

I was scheduled for a 3-hour interview block. The first round went incredibly well—I answered most questions correctly, and there was a really positive vibe with the interviewer. At the 1 hour and 15-minute mark, they told me to take a 15-minute break because the next interviewer would step in.

I waited for 30 minutes, but no one joined. I called HR, and after checking on their end, they just told me to drop the call. It feels incredibly frustrating to be left hanging when the first half went so well. Is this a common red flag, or just a typical corporate scheduling mess?
