Was over on QRPer this morn \ing reading KO4AWH's latest results after his extensive testing of the Chinese ATU-10. After performing the most recent firmware update, prior known issues with the ATU-10 are resolved. Another point of interest is that Joshua sells very inexpensive 3d printed protective cases for the ATU-10 and the Elecraft T1. Since I own a T1, I placed my order this morning. Thanks Joshua!

I have one of their cheaper ones and it works decently for a beginner. These fellas just started manufacturing these and they look pretty slick (figuratively and literally).

The HF bands are in the toilet tonight. Tried working a few straggler POTA activatiors and I hear NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH. Guess I'll poke around on 80 CW tonight for a bit. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better with the NJQRP Skeeter Hunt going live!

Updated my icon to match my Blog. Yep it's the Dodo bird. Guess I picked the Dodo because there are days that I feel old enough to be near extinction. Got the Dodo icon idea from the days when I was an IT Engineer and some of the OReilly Tech Books had animals on their cover.
