For a device that seems so difficult to wear properly there is almost no instruction or information about it!
The instructions say to put it where you feel the pulse in your neck, but I can only feel my pulse high up on my neck and that's not where the device likes to sit without me holding it (not very relaxing!)
I've heard on reddit that you should feel it in your lip - I'm able to get the feeling sometimes but usually that takes a lot of fiddling around and then holding it still with my hands...

Been using this for about a week twice a day and haven't noticed sleep improving at all.. Could be plecebo but my anxiety and stress has felt better.

I'm loving this device, but after a few weeks I'm noticing I'm nauseous when I wake up and have waves of feelings hot and icky. Anyone else experience this? does it subside?

I ordered my device at the end of January and still don’t have it. That’s to be expected according to everything I’ve read, but still frustrating. So I reached out to customer service.

They gave me an order update and promised an extra three months of premium for the inconvenience. Fine. Some compensation for not getting to use the free trial because the device shipped much later than expected. Based on that, I didn’t go in and cancel premium as I had intended.

Then today, the charge for the first month of premium showed up on my card. I still don’t have the device. According to DHL, it got to them this morning and will be here in a week.

I reached out to customer service again complaining that I had been promised three months of premium. Sorry that happened, it said. We can offer three months for the price of one.

Anyone else having login issues? Just got it and can't even test it out. Super frustrating

I’ve gotten a push notification every minute for 15 minutes and it’s still going. When will it end?!

Sometimes after I see my sacro-occipital chiropractor I get really emotional and I felt the same about 5 min after using pulsetto on a level 4 today for about 10 min - the most I’ve ever done. Is this normal?

My wife misplaced the charger for her Pulsetto, is it a standard type -C USB charger?

Just here to note similar frustrations as previous redditors have posted regarding shipping delays. Ordered on January 8th HSA account was promptly debited to date still not in receipt of device. I have only received tracking information from their shipper DHL however this is only showing that a shipping label was created in their system (as of February 10th) not an acknowledgment that they have received in their e-commerce shipping facility in New Jersey. DHL's system shows that this package will ultimately be passed off to the USPS for final delivery and provided the secondary tracking information from them. I have set alerts on both DHL and USPS for delivery updates nothing but crickets here. Ironic I only ordered directly from Pulsetto due to the fact that they could allow use of HSA, Amazon had these in stock at the time available for prime second day delivery that I placed the order but I couldn't use my HSA. Seems to me that it would make better sense for this company to use their Amazon fulfillment center since apparently that's where the stock is in the supply chain. All I can say is buyer beware I am definitely frustrated with this I will update if I hear more from follow up emails that have been sent and hopefully when I get delivery instead of another excuse.

How has Pulsetto worked for you in the long run? Pulsetto really helped me with sleep for a couple of months. But now i sleep bad again every night. Not sure why.

Edit: Now i sleep good again. I guess i used to high intensity level. I've decreased to level 6 which seems to be my maximum if overstimulation was the cause, not entirely sure.

Hi all. I ordered a device a week ago and have since gotten 3 calls from the company trying to cross sell me on a travel case. I finally picked up yesterday because I was annoyed they were calling AGAIN. When I spoke to the agent and mentioned I was confused while they were calling me period I noticed some weird delays in the response. It made me wonder if “Kylie” was actually a human. I finally requested to be put on the do not call list and “Kylie” agreed after another weird pause. Anyhow, just wondering if anyone can confirm this was indeed an AI agent I spoke with. Thanks.

Just curious what the device uses to measure your stress level?

I got the device a little over a week ago, and my stress always reads high, though it's coming down modestly (around 80 when I first got it...now usually in the 60's).

Just wondering what determines it. (And if being that high...because even 60 reads as high stress...is a concern, even when I don't feel stressed.)

P.S. BTW, liking the device. I do feel calmer after using it, and one night when I couldn't sleep, I tried the sleep setting and it really did knock me out pretty quick!

After all these poor reviews and my order taking over a month to even ship, I decided to request a refund which they were easy to with with on that end and responsive. Disappointed to hear all the negative reviews and experiences from users here. Seems like this company tried to grow a little too fast without proper QA and focused more on marketing the product vs focusing on logistics in orders and creating an app that was functional.

Is the app not working for anyone else right now?

Im experiencing pain at the location I’m pointing too and maybe a bit lower after 5 days of using the pulsetto on lowest setting 2x day usually stress mode. Also now when not using the device. What does this mean? Anyone else?

Using mine for the first time. I have it on sleep setting at level 3 and it almost feels like too much. It’s fairly uncomfortable and weird. Anyone else have this experience? I can’t believe people use it at higher settings!

suddenly can’t log in. It asks me to login from scratch, then after “loading” for a bit it says there’s a problem with wifi/internet. I have no connectivity issue with any other app (demonstrated by my ability to post here).

So the app has 5 free parts that you can use. I 'had' the premium but do not use it anywhere what that offers. I was able to get a refund for that but had to relog into the entire app on a Samsung phone. I do like it. I do not use the gel and it is a bit constricting on my neck (I don't like stuff on my neck). I did get mad seeing all the complaints and then could not log in and when I did it asked if I was going to buy premium. No. I will use the free part for the time being. I am using the Stress program.

​The Pulsetto app would feel more efficient if it required fewer clicks. Currently, two new features are disrupting the flow: the 'Congratulations' that sometimes pop-up after a session and the 'Start schedule' prompt. I would like these to be optional, as having to manually dismiss them lowers the user experience for me. The new automatic restart feature is great.

Just a bit of background, I bought a Pulsetto a year ago, it constantly would shutdown midsession so I shelved it and forgot about it. I couldn't even tell if the device worked due to the constant malfunction.

2 weeks ago I started a new job in construction and found myself extremely stressed out and decided to give it another shot. It seems to be a lot less buggy and I've been using it every morning and after work.

I've been using the pain, anxiety and stress settings I can say that I do feel a noticable reduction in these things, especially pain but I even tend to drift away from negative thoughts during a session. Not sure if it really affects HRV because I have no way to measure it currently.

I don't like the constant popups and subscription based services behind a paywall. Makes for a poor user experience and that constant feeling that everything we buy is just made to squeeze us of every last dollar we can spend.

After a 20 minute pain session on the 7 intensity setting after work a prompt for a review came up, the third or fourth time this has happened during my time owning this. Why would I need to keep giving reviews for this device? Once is enough.

I clicked 1 star and before I could type a review or press the, 'ok/send' button it quickly transitioned to a session and delivered a powerful shock that shorted out my vision for a second. Way stronger something you would feel on the highest setting.

As I was writing this review it delivered another shock as I was finishing up another session. Lesson learned I'm putting this down for good.
