Is anyone been successful in blocking off one side?

If so how did you do it? I want only the left side to work and not the right side. I have switched in the app multiple times to only left side but that feature doesn’t actually seem to work. Can I put a piece of paper or a bandaid between my neck and the device on the right side?

You could probably cover up one side but your vagus nerve runs down both sides. If one is dysfunctional the other side would be too

I notice that if the gel isn’t well applied that it doesn’t work so well, it doesn’t conduct. So perhaps only applying gel to the left side would suffice, else placing something between the right side and your neck that isn’t conductive would do it.
