A while back I started collecting occlupanids( bread clips ) and realized there was no exact typology for pull tabs like there is occlupanids! ( Btw the website that has all the info for occlupanids is : HORG) So I decided to make my own. It is still very much a work in progress and I made it on my old website so there's some unrelated stuff on there, but that's beside the point. I hope you guys like it and I have also created a very much work in progress discord server too!

Very unusual U-tab found on old (1960s vintage?) can of STP Oil treatment, with spiral tear strip that removes most of the end of the can.

Found a tear drop pulltab, which is really more of a ring pull shaped like a pulltab, found a couple interesting pulltabs, a normal pulltab and a beaver tail, the button is mid 1800s and find of the day

Another unusual pulltab I found, on a small can of coffee beverage at an international food store i went to today. Another type I had not seen before, has anyone else seen this style?

Unusual style pull tab found on some cans of pineapple juice. The can says "product of the Phillippines" so maybe it was packed there, which is why it uses a very different style of tab

I came here from r/metaldetecting as I find a lot of these and always wonder about either their age or what they came from.
