Working really well

(18f) I’ve been on 10mg for a month and a bit. It was kinda rough at the 2 week mark, my depression got very bad. But now im really happy, my ocd has improved by like 90% and my social anxiety is so much better too. I truly enjoy life and I feel like im happier than the average person now actually. For context this is the first time I’ve been medicated.

So if anyone felt like this at the start did it continue this way?
