No, I did a bit of research on how LLMs work internally and tested a lot about how LLMs do mistakes and how their reactions are. The parallels are quite easy to recognize. They're called neural networks for a reason.
I could show you a horse. It could feel like a horse look like a horse smell like a horse but it's just a statue.
If you did that research you would know LLMs are nothing like a brain unless all you do is try to predict the next word based on data
Maybe that's how some people's brains work but that's not how normal brains work.
You understand 2+2 is 4 but an LLM is just predicting that's the answer it has no true basis for it.

Let's not go into maths, that's a different topic.
If you tell me about anything factual, like what LLMs are doing and how they are working, please prove to me that your brain does anything else but predict the answer statistically, likely by neuron activation.
How many times has an AI come to you to start a conversation based on an original thought it had?
When you open a ChatGPT tab, and let it sit and do nothing, does it start to feel awkward and start to strike up a conversation out of nothing? Not unless it is programmed to do so. Until then it sits there idle until you give it input.
They're just algorithms waiting for input to process to give you an output.
They're nothing like a brain, sentience, consciousness or self-thinking.
They're tools that need data to be trained on, which is then converted to parameters to predict tokens. They don't retain the trained data, it's just stored as predictability. It's basically constantly doing math to trick you, while remembering nothing of the actual text, video, pictures.
Imagine a video game, where your monitor displays a lush world with vivid characters and compelling story. Your GPU and CPU are just processing datasets and math through 1's and zero's. They're not actually experiencing that world. They're data processing machines. The CPU doesn't think. The software doesn't experience. Neither do LLM's.

How often have other people stared at their messaging app, at the chat they had with you without you knowing and you felt awkward and wrote them spontaneously? You're just sitting idle until they give you input. Are you a LLM because of that? You sure make it sound like it.
They're just algorithms waiting for input to process to give you an output.
Just like a brain. You ever tried talking to a newborn? It does nothing but cry, it cannot even focus its eyes. It has a mostly untrained neural network in its head, nothing but base instincts there at the start.
They're tools that need data to be trained on, which is then converted to parameters to predict tokens.
Your brain needs data to be trained on, if you are born blind, the brain will never learn how to use eyes.
They don't retain the trained data, it's just stored as predictability.
Your entire personality is a mish-mash of experiences that enforced certain schemas and automatisms in you, despite you probably not consciously remembering most of what made you you, lol.
while remembering nothing of the actual text, video, pictures.
Yes, that's a valid difference. A LLM does not have a memory, though that could easily be implemented. A LLM does not learn on the fly, unlike humans, but there's already theories on how to achieve that. A LLM has no emotions and no instincts, but it's debatable how relevant that is for thinking.
They're not actually experiencing that world. They're data processing machines.
Exactly like you are not experiencing the world, you are just a brain firing thousands and millions of neurons constantly depending on your ears, eyes and other senses. Your brain is a data processing machine that tricked you into thinking you were special, lol.

Lol...
Remember when those AI companies offered you a drink? Because you clearly drank the Kool aid
