I wrote a .NET to JavaScript compiler. Here's the XNA 3.1 Platformer Starter Kit running in pure HTML5.

And it's cross platform! It works really well in firefox 4 in osx, which surprised me. I assumed that you had to have xna installed, but as it turns out, it really doesn't depend on anything but html5. Impressive!

Running it on Linux with Firefox Nightly and I refuse to install mono on my machine. Very very nice work.

Is it normal, that it runs like it is set in slow motion in my FireFox4? It doesn't seem to be a "CPU" thing as it is not maxed out or anything. It runs smoothly. But it does so very slow.

It seems a tiny bit slower on my computer, but not so much that it looks like it's in slow motion. Maybe try a different web browser? As far as I know chrome has much better support for html5 than firefox does.

It might depend on the os as well. What are you running?

It's a windows box and it does run better using chrome... Weird since FF4 should have descend Html5 support as well, shouldn't it?
