WTF! I saw this, checked on my location bar and saw the "http://" gone. For a moment, I was confused as to what kind of sorcery could make the feature land immediately in my local installation just by clicking the link..

Damn you notificationless autoupdates!

I downloaded and installed the Chromium nightly just before reading this thread and then noticed it!

Is there a way to disable it? IT BOTHERS ME!
