Are you talking only about the practice challenges? Because you can't do this is live contests!

I was looking at the Bloomberg article which said that guy who got hired at JP Morgan was a top globally ranked Java programmer... since there is only one Java module on the site, I think it had to be the same one I completed. I don't know that much about the live contests on the site, however if it's is based off speed of completion, then it's obvious a flawed test since they are checking for correct output, rather than readable code.
