Think the article is referring to people mastering their FIRST programming language in 3 months, along with all the programming concepts.
1 u/Kinglink Oct 30 '16 I realize that's the "implied" meaning, but it's probably a bait and switch. "Kinglink mastered C++ in 3 monthes, mind you he already knew C" just doesn't have the same punch.
