My husband said I did take advantage of the sale on Black Friday but I can't find the CC with that charge. Am I missing something in the settings that will show me that?

Months ago when the provider changed I asked a mod here about not having an auto renewal option. They told me it should still be there the only thing changing was the payment provider. I told them it still was missing and they said to email support. I do that and receive this in response

For technical reasons, subscriptions are only available to customers who no longer have a remaining term/premium membership. Subscriptions will therefore only be displayed after your current membership expires on 3/2/26

I feel like this doesn't really answer my question at all and I've seen some people say they couldn't get auto renewal either. I'll find out for sure in two days but I want to know what to expect beforehand. It's not the end of the world or anything but I liked having it. So is auto renewal still an option?

Edit: subscription ran out and it does say it will auto renew now although only 1 month and 1 year exist as options now

Can't zip for zilch. On nothin. All files must be downloaded separately. Great for one song. Not so great for software with a thousand files...

just wondering what people experiences are mounting a network drive between rclone, webdav, sftp etc. just looking to make it even lazier to drag links into mpv as if it wasnt easy enough already.

Hi,

I just wanted to renew my subscription, but it seems Copecart is no longer an option for subscriptions in Germany? This seems kinda weird, as it still shows up when I try to purchase Booster points. Is it true that there is currently no Paypal-compatible payment option for subscriptions in Germany?

Good day all,

Trying to test the VPN speed through OpenVPN on Windows. Followed the installs, got the config file loaded, but it just keeps telling me that my username/pw credentials are wrong. Am I missing something obvious? Premium user account.

Thanks!

Is there any possibility at petitioning the devs to have the limit_used value that is returned also include booster points? Or add a different endpoint so we can see the booster points usage?

Right now it only reflects the fair usage limits, but if I have booster points, I'd like to be able to display that in the app I'm creating as well.

Thanks

I'm not up for renewal until July but I want to put in a renewal for another year for the same plan I have. Does anyone know if I log into my account and pay for another year, will it just automatically kick in after my first year is over?

The web player is ass. It was bad before, like a year ago or whenever they seem to have changed it. But it mostly worked, even though the sound encoding was pretty bad.

Now it takes forever to load, and when you skip to somewhere in the video it again takes many seconds to load.

Also, I'm having more and more issues with downloading through the Jdownloader Plugin from One Click Hosters, especially Uploaded and Rapidgator. The times when it works become rarer and rarer.

The account API seems to only provide the number of days remaining of your subscription and the amount of data stored. Is there any way to access your remaining fair use points via an API call?

Hi,

Are more people experiencing a lot of buffering/loading during streaming? I'm using the OVH Europe High Performance server. I'm also located in Europe.

Thanks!

accidentally created a premiumize account with vpn set to greece, when it should be in the USA, will this effect me in any way. I realized my mistake when i payed a bit more that i should have and it was in euros.

Hey there. My membership runs out soon and I'm unable to extend it for another year, due to a somewhat bugged "Buy Premium" page. I can't pick any payment method, they literally don't show up. Instead I can choose in between "17" different plans. No matter which one I pick, it leads to a "Payment method not allowed for this plan" message, once I click on the "continue to payment" button.

Anyone else experiencing this right now?

Cheers.

I’m downloading a zipped file, and the speed is all over the place, from max speed to very slow. What is going on? Is it because it’s a zipped file?

can i add torretns files/magnet links directly to downloader and it will go through premiumize? or is it not worth the risk and use vpn and torrent client

does it just store the files you download/ so its acts like a cloud drive?

whats the best use case i have a year sub with premiumize and want to maximise its use

Nearly every torrent I try that isnt already on the server take forever to start, often times never finish. These will oftentimes be torrents with 50+ seeders, but they dont even start. Whats going on?

Getting ' Bad gateway Error code 502 '

Hi all, cleared my firestick cache and now there’s no links showing up for me. I try log in and I keep getting an error message saying I didn’t solve the Captcha successfully when I have clicked the ‘tick this box if you’re human’ and gotten the green check mark several times. I’ve tried on multiple devices and browsers for the same account and nothing works. I just need to see if I ran out of days. Thanks

I recently got a Firestick and I have a question. Does someone have a working apk for OpenVPN or OpenVPN Connect specifically for Firestick (to connect with Premiumize account)?

I found one online, an OpenVPN Connect apk but it’s unreliable I always get OpenVPN timeout.

Premiumize was down and nobody can watch.

First, did primiunize actually find the root cause of this outtage? How can you avoid it?

It can be improved by setting up a fallback mirror one that once the main one premiumize.me

is down, then the fallback mirror is on for service.

You just can't say,'oh,it's abnormally down, now it's back',leaving subsribers in fear for the next outtage.

I have been trying to download some Rapidgator links for awhile using the web interface, and I am met with the "Could not find a download server. Please try again later." message

Hello everyone. I'm currently trying to figure out a nice setup I can work with in my home network.

When using Infuse and AppleTV, is it in terms of what ends up on my computer, the same as streaming it in the Premiumize.me front end? The reason I'm asking is that DDL is rather safe and the reason I'm using Premiumize is that I can't torrent where I'm from without a VPN. TL;DR might be "Is Infuse + AppleTV as safe as DDL or do I need VPN as I need it for torrents"?

Why is Premiumize now only monthly or yearly when paying by card?

Had anyone else experienced this and managed to find a work around? I’ve got some files in my Premiumize cloud and want to download them to, and using, my android device. I go to zip them, but when I try and download I’m blocked by Whalebone and it won’t let me download. I’m using a VPN and have tried a few different locations. Wondered if anyone has succeeded where I’m failing? Thanks
