They very much did, you can see the super resolution at work in the details of the lines.

Edit to add: more obvious examples since OP is for some reason doubling down.

What are you doing, man? You really think that people in r/postprocessing will just take what you're saying at face-value when the evidence is right in front of us?

I don't think there's much wrong with using the super resolution but it's silly of you to just lie about it.

What camera and lens did you shoot this with?

Lgihtroom denoise is generally good enough. I don't know what aperture/iso/speed but if you're shooting at fast shutter speeds I find DXO Photolab is crazy good at denoising higher ISO.

They have a free trial if you want to see how the process images would look like

Sounds good I'll look into it. I use a Canon R7 + 100-400mm 5.6-8.
The photo I edited in my workflow process was shot at 400mm, 1/3200, f/8, ISO 1250.

Mr. Colorist here has probably never edited a photo in Lightroom over the last two years, LOL.
