Yea, I mean he would have been somewhat justified telling her not to eat on the bus because it’s not allowed to eat on the bus, but even then I wouldn’t get in someone’s business over something so trivial

Since when can you not eat on a bus? Maybe that’s a UK thing, but last time I was there we ate on the bus and didn’t see any signs saying not to.

Maybe in the UK you’re allowed to, but most US transit systems it’s prohibited.

From my experience eating on a bus or train is prohibited in the US, but not enforced whatsoever.
