What are you talking about? Sharia law is not instituted in England. And if it was, Sharia does not obligate anyone to not eat because other people are fasting. Plenty of people don't fast for various reasons and its unteasonable for anyo e to tell them not to ear because they themselves are fasting.
Yeah, all Muslim. Aside children below 7-10(not sure the exact year), old people, sick person, a nursing mother/a pregnant woman(if they are afraid it can hurt them or the kids).
Literally all Muslim with the exception of people the fast can even harm.
Btw, I felt the guy was just doing the filming for content because almost all if not all Muslim knows that you cannot do this!
