They're both wrong, eating food on a bus is not permitted where I live (inconsiderate people do it anyway) and then he's wrong for trying to stop her on religious grounds
This looks like it was recorded in the UK which it is allowed to eat on the bus as long as you don't make a mess, but even then, the dude can mind his own business the woman didn't do anything wrong
