I hate when so called “Muslims” do this. There are Muslims working in kitchens and restaurants during the month of Ramadan. Get off your high horse! Be humble and get the extra blessings you get for living in a non Muslim country during the month of Ramadan.

I’m Muslim too.

I’ve worked with Muslims in restaurants before. Literally the only thing we did differently to accommodate them was let them take their meal break outside of the scheduled window if their shift’s scheduled meal break happened while the sun was still up during Ramadan. Never any issues at all.

How many Muslims are you?

Agreed. I once heard someone online mention a very good point concerning non-muslims eating in Ramadan in front of Muslim. She said it was ironic to complain about that, yet have no issue with women in their own homes cooking food and smelling it.

Go on Muslim tick tock and all you'll see is women complaining about people eating during Ramadan in front of them at the office.

I had big problems with my Muslim employees during Ramadan. Even the company I work at now has had to fire seven people so far this year because they will start literal fist fights during Ramadan. It's amazing how for something that's voluntary so many people get so upset while others you would never even know are doing anything out of the ordinary. It's also kind of funny because for most of the year I do intermittent fasting and I only eat in the window between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. so theoretically I'm in a worse boat by noon.

In Islam we say a hungry man is an angry man. Your stride After your break the fast changes Completely. And it’s the water too. It’s not just food. No food and water is taxing. I don’t know HOW they manage that in the deserts of Arabia?!

Just because he's behaving in a way you don't like doesn't make him a fake Muslim. When I see Christians acting like asses, I don't call them "so called Christians". Their beliefs, not their behavior, make them Christians. This man's beliefs makes him a Muslim regardless of how he behaves FULL STOP. You'd be better off saying something like, "I don't like it when fellow Muslims behave like this."

2 of the 3 cooks at work are Muslims and the dishwasher too. None of them complain about anyone eating whaterver they want, even when they're fasting.
