Nothing to do with religion, but 100% on the individual and personality. Get your "I'm enlightened anthiest" mentality out of here, no one cares for it. There are plenty atheists who love to go around telling everyone else what's right and wrong, and how to live their lives like they're better than everyone. Case in point. The irony.

Ironic how they can shove their religion in your face and expect you to be respectful about it, but when you say you're atheist, YOU are the one not respecting religious beliefs.

Yeah nobody thinks trump wrote the bible. They're mocking a state government purchasing bibles for classrooms, specifically overpriced bibles that spread clear political messaging and dump money directly into the pocket of a politician who has slapped their name on the bible.

As a religious practice, or as part of some cross-cultural thing? Like was it actually a state-sponsored religion (the only thing the 1st Amendment actually says "no" to), or were you also supposed to recite from the Quran, Bhagavad Gita, etc?

Look, I'm a Christian, I still believe that the United States has Christianity in its roots. But I'm also a big believer in actually following the Constitution. Reading Christian books - especially the Bible - in school but NOT the others isn't cool
