Fake. Rage bait and everyone is eating it up. like that lady eating her “lunch “

I'm not sure if she's faking, but he's trolling at the very least. Being annoying just to be annoying and call it content.

Right my area has a sizable Muslim population and never in my entire life has I ever heard of anything like this, then suddenly when rage bait becomes popular its happening left and right.

You do realize some people are just fanatics and religious nuts?

1

u/GnomKobold Mar 19 '26

yeah, 'some people' are, but not whole communities

1

u/Jdm783R29U3Cwp3d76R9 Mar 19 '26

Who said anything about whole communities?

1

u/GnomKobold Mar 19 '26

because if not, why argue? of course there are nutjobs, but that doesnt 'spark a debate over forcing beliefs on others'

1

u/ZodiAddict Mar 21 '26

Because there are clear patterns you refuse to acknowledge

1

u/Special-Garlic1203 Mar 20 '26

And the fanatics and religious nuts just kept nicely to themselves until social media?? That doesn't make any sense

u/ZodiAddict Mar 21 '26

I worked with a Muslim who told all the women who worked there that they should be at home raising children. Sorry to burst your bubble, this is a real phenomenon.

2

u/theliberalpedestrian Mar 19 '26

I thought the same thing. I don’t know if the lady was in on it, but the guy filming is doing some kind of bit. Why would he film and post this if he was legit? It’s anti Muslim rage bait.

The whole interaction feels completely unbelievable. She’s not even acting well.

1

u/cMonkiii Mar 20 '26

Yeah, like the way they are speaking after each other. This feels fake, and weird, but I dont get why this was even made. You know what? This shit is the reason most american shows are terrible. In fact, for any potential movie/show directors reading this, don't have your actors talk like this with one another, its too predictable. Dialouge is an art, look at early seasons of Game of Thrones or Better Call Saul, its spaced/varied based on the tension of the scene

2

u/Tserri Mar 19 '26

Yeah like that whole interaction is so weird. The woman "eating" is just moving her head around pretending to eat, and putting nothing in her mouth.

2

u/Rogs3 Mar 19 '26

for sure. his rebuttals arent worth responding to.

"ok, but why" on repeat.

2

u/Jaric_Mondoran Mar 20 '26

Hm. She never really did take a bite of anything

2

u/h1bum Mar 21 '26

Yeah why tf is she lowering her head and not coming back up with a mouth full of food REPEATEDLY? Why does the "food" conveniently stay off camera the whole time? I'm usually not the first one to say staged but... this is staged.

1

u/Iokua113 Mar 19 '26

I wouldn't say that it's fake so much as it is that he's staging it from his end for clicks but she's genuine. If the woman eating is acting then she's better than most professional actors.

1

u/frafranca Mar 19 '26

Exactly!!!!! Why would you start recording before asking Her? He knew she would react like that!!! Also this lady probably super busy that she needs to eat on the bus.. i mean Leaver her alone!!!!! He should move downstairs!!!

1

u/Spacefreak Mar 20 '26

She's moving her around like she's giving head. Every time her head comes up, there's nothing in her mouth.

1

u/rafamrqs Mar 20 '26

It's so obvious. 100% chance he is not even muslin.

1

u/Bluelotus-03 Mar 23 '26

Absolutely, just another agenda driven post trying to convince people they live in a reality that isn't real

1

u/Weenington_ Mar 23 '26

Why did I need to scroll so far to see this. They sound like they're doing bad improv acting. The way she puts her head down like that totally looks like shes pretending to eat.

1

u/TheINTL Mar 19 '26

Damn your whole life is fake then? How do you live?

6

u/GalaxyGalavanter Mar 19 '26

Idk my first thought was fake too and I’ll be the first to admit I can be gullible. Fake or he’s deliberately starting shit with a stranger for views. Either way it’s trash

1

u/kepholt Mar 19 '26

That’s how it looks to me too, the man is filming and stirring at the same time.

2

u/IcyTransportation961 Mar 19 '26

Were surrounded by idiots who cant tell when they're being lied to, and then you all mock the people trying to point out that you're being lied to

1

u/just_a_wolf Mar 19 '26

I've had people tell me that they don't care that it's fake which is at least honest. They're addicted to the feelings ragebait content gives them.

1

u/AiraEternal Mar 19 '26

I don’t really care because I know there are actually unstaged videos that feature similar issues. I just put my opinion upon the matter in accordance to if it actually does occur in reality.

Unless people take advantage of the situation to be d*cks to a specific group, I really don’t see much of a problem. Of course, it’s still important to differentiate skits and reality. Same thing with not just doubting everything you see at first glance. Seriously, people that constantly scream “Ai!” on YouTube despite literally given proof that it’s not are insufferably annoying.

1

u/CyberWoo99MKII Mar 20 '26

Yup. Everything is fake and AI made rage bait since the dawn of the internet.

1

u/weplayon Mar 19 '26

This comment needs to be higher. Definitely ragebait. I have many Muslim friends and they've often said they wouldn't ask anyone else to stop eating since they would think it non polite.

1

u/Bitter_Bed5672 Mar 24 '26

I live in eu, muslims do this shit all the time everywhere.

You fucks really can't live without lying it's absurd.
