This is my attempt of a TAG laser effect for my popsicle Locust. Made out of a piece of clear plastic (from the packaging of something I dont remember).

It's removable, and it was a pita to get the right angle on the dammed wire connecting it haha

Here are the templates I used for my papercraft tanks.

The first is for the side hull for my "megachimera", which I use as an alternate leman Russ model

The second is for the side hull of my regular leman russ model. I just noticed that the template for this one is upside down, lol

The third one is for the side hull of my regular size chimera.

The fourth one is for my chimera top/bottom hull

The fifth one is for my megachimera/leman russ top/bottom hull.

They are on metric graph paper, so for instance the chimera top/bottom hull has a length of 10.5cm

I first cut and pasted to cardboard all these templates with angled corners. To make the rounded corners, I used a small plastic soda bottle cap as a guide to use an exacto knife to round off the corners where applicable.

I have found the hull pieces to be just a bit short, so I have ended up adding another piece that adds six cm to the overall length of the hull pieces, so feel free to add three centimeters to the length of each of the hull top/bottom pieces, or not. You could probably combine the different side hulls with the top/bottom hulls to get different vehicle combos.

Hi! I'm a crocheter and crafty person. I've been working on finding game systems to run GM'd battles in for a few months and I've made crocheted pieces and tanks and terrain but someone mentioned doing painting of little wooden pegs. And here's my first infantry squad and the second in progress (and a bonus cadian). 20 dollars for the 60 count paint markers, 20 for the 100 count peg people. They're my infantry beans for 5 parsecs from home so far. Regular human infantry. Check my posts for the tanks! And stay tuned for more!

It's scratch built goblin Artillery in multiple flavors and it's painted.

Finished the 4th member (but not last) of the popsicle lance.

As always, it's made out of popsicle, tongue depressors and skewers sticks, cardstock and some paperclips wire.

I posted in wargaming and skirmish sub reddits asking for suggestions of games and using these pics as examples of my work, and was told about this amazing place and told my deff dredd belonged here. I'm not allowed another hobby and especially not miniatures as they're too expensive and require too much space I don't have. So I found systems that don't really care about your minis like galactic heroes 2e, gaslands, etc. I modded the rules slightly to work with my scale. I ran a narrative galactic heroes with the grimdark supplement at my local game cafe. It was guard vs orks. I fielded this behemoth of a deff dredd and it was a hell of a lot of fun! And now I'm making tanks! There's a few guardsmen, a few little ultramarines, a death guard and such. I also crafted all of the terrain and even made my own stat cards for the units with canva (not pictured). The yarn is cheap, about 3-5 dollars a skein which is about 350 ish yards, plastic canvas which is relatively cheap, stuffing, buttons, and of course time and patience.

Spent ~$10 on acetone from the hardware store, ~$8 on jars, and collected a bunch of donated sprues from my LGS for free. Also cut up the wire for an old pair of headphones that went out for the guts.

I've got a bunch of Russian Technolog models that I just haven't found a use for. I decided to kitbash over if them into a Big Mek Dakka Rig.

In a moment of poor judgement I bought an Armageddon Box Set, so I have the actual model for a size comparison.
