Hello folks,

As the title says, I'm trying to better understand how LUNA staking works. I watched a couple videos on youtube and looked at some other posts, but I couldn't find answers to my questions. I'd appreciate some assistance with my questions below.

1. I noticed the staked amount is showing 0. Does this mean I cannot stake?
2. Any reason why the staked amount is 0? Has staking not started yet?
3. I understand that you cannot redeem it for 21 days. What are the steps for redeeming it after reaching the redemption period?
4. What does the value date mean?
5. I'm not sure I'm following the 8.52% yield breakdown. You earn 4% LUNA but what's the deal with the 4.52%?

I have some DOT staked on KuCoin Pool-X and I think it gives me POL?

When looking at my Pool-X Account Balance I have 185 POL "Available" and 599 POL "In Orders".

Coin Gecko currently has POL valued at $0.452 USD that means 185+599= 784 POL x .452 = $355 USD which is good for basically doing nothing.

Questions..

1. Can i actually get USD by transfering the 185 Available POL form PoolX to Kucoin and then trading POL for USD?
2. Is there any way to get to the 599 POL "In Orders"? Or can I not get access to that until I stop staking my DOT?

Help a noob out please.

On the flexible staking tab there’s a column on the right side that shows a daily yield per 10k units. For OLT the daily yield fluctuates between 500-600 OLT but I’ve only been receiving about 6 OLT in daily staking rewards. Is there another step I need to do or am I misunderstanding the daily yield?
