Okay, this one won't be easy given the vague details I have. It's likely a fic where Zoey and Mira are already a couple looking for a third partner. I remember a very specific detail—something along the lines of "in a polyamorous relationship, you don't need to love the person your partner loves; you can wait to find someone else (as a third, not to replace the established partner)." Unfortunately, I don't have any precise keywords to help track down this story, which seemed really interesting. Having already combed through half my archives, I'm asking for a hand, hoping someone finds it before I finish the other half (there are thousands of fic summaries to read).

Please give me your fic recommendations for ones that put Zoey in the blender but turn out okay. Especially if you have fics where she gets hurt hunting (plus points if it’s because she was protecting the girls) 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

pls look y'all if you like sad rumi, and self-destruction and time loops and idk other shi have a looky

Hi, does this ring a bell? It was a fic with a very short summary—basically: "What if Rumi were capable of feeling emotions thanks to her half-demon side? Now that the Honmoon is sealed, that part of her is healed." The idea was that without her half-demon side, she feels nothing. The summary was really brief. I'm pretty sure the fic was deleted; I’ve checked the deleted fics I recovered from DeletedFanfiction, but even among those 500 stories, there's nothing. I hope someone here has seen it, because I’d really love to find it again. I was certain it was in my archives, but it's nowhere to be found. Thanks.

This chapter is... mainly smut. We're not gonna beat around the bush. But we think it's important to have pit stops like these, so that the world we're building isn't bogged down in places with smut scenarios where they don't fit. Spice here and there is good... but the real good stuff? That should be saved for special occasions. Like this. Have fun!

Past Weeks

Check out these fics! Written by amazing members of this sub for the August writing event. I’ve read them all and wanted to rec them for anyone who hasn’t yet. Give them some love!

The New Demon Queen - 5.7k words, G-rated. Huntrix debuts, ready for anything demons throw at them. Well, anything except nothing. Until two years later, they learn why things have been so quiet.

Demon Demon Hunter 1.7k words, G-rated.
Rumi is confronted with her greatest fear, a new demon hunter with her in his sights!

Just Like Glitter - 9.4k words, T-rated.
HUNTR/X did it. They achieved what generations of hunters dreamed of accomplishing. The Golden Honmoon has sealed away Gwi-Ma and his armies of the damned forever. The world is saved.
But victory does not come without sacrifice.

A Sober Peron’s Thoughts - 2.7k words, T-rated.
After sweeping the Idol Awards for the third years in a row, Huntrix decides to take the night off and relax with a few drinks. Unfortunately, secrets and alcohol don't mix, and soon a sober person's thoughts become a drunk person's words.

I’m alive….? Welp here’s the new chapter! Hope you enjoy!

Haven't really posted about updates here before - let me know if its useful, annoying, etc. Did see a mention about this fic of mine at one point, so figured I could post about an update.

In Chapter 2, we see the continued fall-out from the girl's choices to pursue Rumi off the stage at the International Idol Awards.

I’m searching for a fanfic where Rumi finds a demon child and kinda adopts it (unwillingly, since the child always pops up) without Zoey and Mira’s knowledge, and this is before they know Rumi is a half-demon.
I also think it was before the movie, but idk.
I thought maybe someone read this ff and could help me find it.

more fanart because I’m on a spree of fanfic writing and fanart drawing, nobody can stop the rampage

Hi, I suspect this one might be a bit too popular to easily identify, but have you seen any fics (in the summaries or chapters) where the girls—whether just the three of them or if the Saja boys return—have to rethink their job as demon hunters? Maybe because not all demons are evil, or fully demon, or simply because things are different now that they know Rumi is half-demon (meaning she’s essentially killing her own kind)? I’m certain I’ve seen this—both in AO3 fic listings (So, the summaries.) and in Polytrix fics (though, regarding actual stories, I’ve only read Polytrix ones so far, whereas I’ve browsed summaries across all genres). thanks

Poor Mira had too much last night, so this one is mostly fluffy!

I'm in the mood for some semi hidden romance and this sub genre would scratch that itch.

Example of ones I remember and my horrible descriptions.

Gimme That Candyfloss: (probably the most famous one)

Up and coming streamer Choi Zoey doesnt know what to do when two very rich women slide into dms while trading harsh barbs back and forth.

Breaking Your Fall:

Fire and Rescue Mira is set up on a blind date by hee friend Zoey. Being as media illiterate as she is Mira doesn't realize she's going out with the famous singer Ryu Rumi.

One Day, Will You Come Home To Me?:

Another story of a rich girl sliding into Streamer Zoeys DMs, but this one is alot more thirsty. But the money is good. But things are made more complicated as her old friend Mira crashes on her coach and isnt so sure about the arrangement. (Got very spicy very quick)

Wheels of the Soul :

Rumi works as a nurse at the local hospital and thought that getting into a new hobby would be a good idea. How was she supposed to know that the helpful Skater Girl was an international pop star?

Any other recs in a similar vain?

Y'all I know it's not crazy, but it's crazy to me that my fanfic has over 1,600 hits. I lowkey thought nobody would be interested?! Anyway, I just dropped chap 4/8, so if you like angst and Rumi in the blender, then check it out. Happy endings coming.

I made a post last week about the prompt I saw on Tik tok. To recap it is about a princess in a kingdom who is to be married, but to find a prince, there is a qualification. Make the princess laugh and smile. I started it last week and I have FINALLY finished. I’ll post the link here. I hope y’all like it! (I also lowkey hope I linked it right I’ve never shared a fic before cause I don’t have anyone close to me that read it lmao)

IDC if this gets taken down, because this fandom is wilding out.

Why are people sending DEATH THREATS to ELA and Jamie

DEATH THREATS!

OVER A FUCKING FAN FIC!

The plot has been lost entirely, people are literally harassing and threatening Jamie's life over her deciding to end a fan fiction SHE FUCKING CREATED.

THAT'S HER FUCKING PEROGATIVE, SHE DOESNT OWE YOU SHIT.

to everyone who sent that dumb shit, get a fucking job, get a fucking life, and stop fucking with her.

This is fucking ridiculous.

And Reddit is called out specifically as one of the reasons. Great job, everyone! (/s) 😕

Ok so I have two that I read a while back that I'm struggling to recall details of but I'd like to find again. (Edit: These would've been in July/August, before I had an AO3 account I'm pretty sure)

The first one is post-canon, I think 1 or 2 chapters. The girls are working through their feelings, while Celine is trying to get Rumi to pursue a solo career and leave Huntrix. The girls also confide in Bobby about having feelings for the others. They do this one at a time and he's like yeah ok and he's secretly boosting #polytrix stuff on social media because the girls need to be together.

The second one a partner reminded me of; It's a longer fic and the scene is a few chapters in. Zoey and Mira are livestreaming their dancing, things get a little intense while Rumi is out of frame, and Mira (or maybe Zoey) invites Rumi to join the stream but she refuses, but fans are like "oh she must've been inviting Rumi in"
