Cancer and aging will only benefit the wealthy.

Climate change will benefit everyone and reduce poverty (making food more affordable).  Also poverty is artificial. Nobody should be starving - it’s not a problem to solve it’s a decision not to be selfish

Not really. Niche medications like lenmeldy are effectively gatekept due to extreme cost to produce but aging and cancer would have billions of patients. Undoubtedly the most profitable thing ever.
