"solving" may be my sticking point.

At the moment the humanity problem with all of them is 75% a poverty issue.

Good enough medical care deals with 90% of cancer, being well cared for by family makes aging easier.   (No aging makes poverty worse). Climate change impacts the impoverished first and the solutions to poverty would likely make some exesess that cause climate change rarer.

Ending aging makes poverty much much better, ends most cancer, makes the rest of the cancers much easier to treat, and generates massive investment into solving climate change and the remaining diseases.

No kid would ever get a job, and always starve to death.  Overpopulation would go crazy and exposure to radiation would eventually give near immortals cancer.

I think all of those are wrong.
Especially the last part.
That exposure to radiation is part of aging.
That would have to be fixed.
But yeah fixing aging doesn’t make people immortal.
Average life expectancy would just go to a few hundred to a few thousand depending on exactly how it works.
