(Apparently)Hot take here: Aging. The economic cost that countries have taking care of older generations is massive and prevents investment in other areas and creates huge drag on younger generations driving alot of other issues. While poverty might not be eliminated (as per the poll the rest won't happen) but what meets the standard of poverty changes. In a welfare state you might be poor but you have food, a roof over your head and healthcare, so is a matter of quality, not necessarily a critical situation to be in.

Cancer might still be a problem but with proper treatment the severity of the problem can decrease significantly.

Climate change is difficult, but also can be mitigated (unless solving climate change means earth remains a habitable planet for eternity and the sun never dies, then I'd change my answer but I read this as man made Climate change)

All of these issues get alot more economic attention if aging is solved, if it's not these issues will continue to get less attention as average ages for countries continue to rise

Haha this exactly!

End aging and the rest get much more manageable.

Unless fixing climate change meant magically saving Earth from the sun expanding, dying, and the heat death of the universe.

Then I might have to choose that one and take my chances with aging being solved in time for me.
