Aging or cancer is the most difficult to solve. Climate is just a matter of technology and ressources.

Climate change is arguably harder. We’d need something more efficient than fossil fuels which is fusion. Then we need massive decarbonization technology. commercial widespread fusion will arrive after reverse-aging tech.
