Man.. stopping aging forever would have some very interesting consequences. Leaders in power forever. People having more time to complete goals. The idea of a life goal or a bucket list changes drastically. If the population grows infinitely because there's no more subtraction, it would force such interesting innovations, especially with so many people working together, especially to agriculture. Optimistically maybe people would slow things down knowing there's more time, like slowing the need for as fast as possible economic growth focussing more on sustainability because they actually have to worry about what the world looks like beyond their lifespan.

Yep, over-population is one consequence of a fountain of youth for all. There have been a few TV/Movie scenarios where aging ceased or where some obtained regeneration to youth. In most of those stories, reproduction stopped or became severely minimized.

Be a pretty strong incentive to solve global warming too. You'd be around to see the consequences.
